"Three of us stayed at Bania Hotel at the end of May. We upgraded to a suite, and it was totally worth it: a very spacious bedroom, a living room with a balcony, and two bathrooms — just enough space for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of different food options. Unlimited access to the spa complex with mineral water pools, evening entertainment in the lounge area — the hotel complex really has it all for a leisure resort. Staying there during the low season makes it a great bargain."

"Just a 2+ star hotel... Hotel is centrally located (300 mts from the main pedestrian street) in a busy but quite silent street/road. Very small and not appealing reception. The hotel has a small but pleasant garden sorrounding part of it. The decor of the hotel and rooms is old-fashioned. Our room (#226) was spacious with a small living room and had a little varanda, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole hotel is a non smoking premises though. To all rooms in the 2nd and 3rd floor the acess is by stairs only, not very convenient if you're carrying lugagges or have health problems...or both. No room service available. In general quite nice staff, speaking reasonable english and willing to solve problems (e.g. our room safe got blocked and was quickly unblocked by the receptionist). Average acceptable quality breakfast, in quite a cosy area though. Old fashioned, but nice relaxing and clean spa area with a small sauna, jacuzzi and a (aprox. 10 X 5 meters size) indoor swimming pool. No outdoor acess from there, just a couple of narrow windows. It opens from 4 to 10 p.m. No slippers or bathrobes are provided, only towels. There are lockers for storage at the Spa area entrance. In our check-out date (23.06.2024) the only credit card machine available was out-of-order, so I had to go to and ATM to draw money on purpose. Outdoor hotel car park is paid (30 zlt per day). 🔹Conclusion: Not really cheap for what it offers, but it is in a touristic central zone...maybe there are better alternatives! "

"This is my second stay at this hotel. Beautiful surroundings, excellent service, a wonderful, spacious room, a comfortable bed, peace and quiet. A great pool with an outdoor jacuzzi, although it's difficult to get in on weekends :( Although I see a slow decline in the quality of breakfasts. Once served exclusively from the menu, today, like everywhere, it's live cooking. There are no more disposable butters, mayonnaise, or mustard. On my first stays, there were always welcome chocolates. And the lobby bar. Almost always empty and sad :( A potential never-before-used opportunity. But I still think this is the best hotel in Zakopane!!!"

"It was a nice property in terms of location and facilities, but Staffs were focusing on getting the money more than customer satisfaction, we faced more than issue and they were not cooperative, l'll mention two as examples, 1- they've rejected to let us check out at 12 pm and they insist to let us leave at 11:00 while next check in time at 3 pm, most properties in the world have the check out time at 12:00 pm. 2- They deducted 1000 PLN for small paint defect which not costing even 200 PLN, will attach the photo for people to judge."

"Stayed for the second time in this hotel and loved it. This year we had a standard room (204) without a balcony, with one queen-size bed. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and there was just enough space for two people. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a nice spa with a small swimming pool, a sauna, and a salt room. Breakfast is delicious with a lot of food options. The restaurant is great for dinners, and as a hotel guest you get a 10% discount. The hotel is conveniently located near the slopes and a bus stop to reach more ski lifts (10 minutes by free ski bus). We enjoyed our stay very much! A few things to keep in mind if you go to this village (Białka Tatrzańska) in the wintertime: a lot of Poles go there on family skiing trips, so there are lots of kids around. Usually, all indoor spaces are very well heated. You can lower the heat level in your room by turning off the radiator."
