I was very satisfied with everything from the service, the room, the food, the bath, etc. The lounge service included free coffee, draft beer, whiskey, small cakes, inari sushi after dinner (lol), and scones in the morning. It may sound selfish, but I ended up eating a lot of things other than the food... The first drink of dinner was also free. Also, I left something (an electric shaver) on the sink, so when I got home and called immediately, they called back and said they would send it by courier, cash on delivery. Wonderful stay!
We had the most wonderful stay from beginning to end! Service was friendly and gracious. The room was beautiful. As was the onsen. And both breakfast and dinner were superb. The front desk alerted the kitchen it was my wife’s birthday the following week and they made us up a lovely little plate of dessert treats to top off our excellent kaiseki. Everyone of the staff we encountered truly went above and beyond. Thank you again. Arigato gozaimasu.
