The room facilities are rudimentary and there is no elevator to carry suitcases up the stairs. The room is very small, the door lock is loose, there is no wardrobe and there is only a row of hooks. There is no shower room and toilet coexisting! The bottom of the toilet is loose and smells bad, and the room smells stale! There was no hot water when I woke up in the morning. The overall feeling was like the standard of a guest house, and that's even being polite! ! ! The price is actually 478 yuan/night, which is the worst booking experience ever on Ctrip! ! ! Strong complaint! ! ! I hope the relevant departments of Ctrip will give a reasonable explanation! ! !
