Forum Tarragona ★★★
"The location was perfect, close to all main sights. The room was cosy and nice, the huge advantage was toilet and shower within like not in most of the hostels of that type. There was no kitchen but a coffee machine and cooler were pleasant to have. The only thing that bothered us a bit was a noise from the neighbouring coz the walls seemed to be made of paper🤪🤦♀️ otherwise it was a pleasant stay, especially for 2 nights, and a small balcony was great. Thank u🙏😘"
H10 Imperial Tarraco ★★★★
"The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, and the rooms were fully equipped."
B&B Hotel Tarragona Centro Urbis ★★★
"So beautiful and peaceful place. First time in Tarragona. And we are so happy that we chose this hotel. Petfriendly. And our french bulldog got treats pack that was made by people with disabilities. Everything was super clean, and the service was outstanding. You can feel the attention to detail in every corner. Would definitely come back!"
Residencia Universitaria Resa Tarragona Mediterrani ★★
"disappointing experience I booked online (there is no possibility of doing it by phone or on site) 6 months for my son who will soon start an Erasmus in Tarragona. I paid the deposit and after more than 15 days I received an email telling me that, due to overbooking, my booking had not been processed, without giving me other options (for example I had booked a single room, they could have offered me a double or other options..) because, according to them, the site is not updated. The deposit was returned to me after more than a month. Same method at the Jordi facility. On the site there are many options that in practice do not exist. I find this system terrible. After 15 days I was sure I had booked instead I found myself having to quickly find a place to stay. Rossella"
Pigal ★
"Check in was perfect! Owner checked and told us very interesting and useful story about hotel and neighborhood. It was very funny and unexpectedly! The hotel really in the center of the world!"
Hotel SB Express Tarragona ★★★
"The location is average, and the parking is in an adjacent area. The breakfast was adequate, and the room was nice, comfortable, and clean. It has a fantastic gym. The staff is friendly and helpful."
Cavallers by TarragonaDays ★★★
"Our stay with Cavallers by Tarragona days was wonderful. My two boys (7 and 9), my wife and I loved the apartment which served us well. The location was perfect - right in the middle of the medieval city with the beautiful church, tons of restaurants and stores, and stunning small streets all just outside our door. Also, it is about a 20 minute walk to a fantastic beach with soft sand and small waves that we had a blast playing in. The management was capable, kind, and responsive. Moreover, I am traveling with my road bicycle and the large bag proved really challenging to fit in our rental car. Cavallers kindly allowed me to store the bag in their office while our family traveled elsewhere in Spain. Tarragona was a great city and I really how to go again in the future. Will definitely stay with Cavallers again! Thank you!"
AC Hotel Tarragona ★★★★
"This 4-star hotel offers solid comfort and a convenient location near the bus station, which makes it easy to get around. The design and furnishings are about 10 years old and starting to show their age, but the overall upkeep is good. A practical choice for a short stay in the city."
Port Plaza Apartments ★★★★
"Spacious loft-style room with good amenities. The bed was large, and the room was clean overall. The location is great—close to the train station and still within walking distance of the main attractions. Note that the front desk is only staffed between 12–8 pm, which can be inconvenient depending on your schedule. A minor downside is the lack of a kettle. Also, the instructions for the appliances weren’t very clear—I wasn’t able to get the dishwasher to work."

"Great recommendation. Albert is super good, the reception is particularly warm and patient, see that we are the first time to explain to us the city tour route for a long time, thank him very much. The room was very clean and warm, the traffic was very convenient, just a few minutes to go to the church, how is this Tarragona so good!"
Hotel Boutique Lapety
Tgna Reial 1
"Well-cared very clean apartment with all facilities. Well, what's very business--which's "horse-proof", possibly by bad experiences, because also: a large list of what is not allowed on the door and a large paper on the table or you want to clean, while you've paid extra in advance for that. Apartment near the regional train station and 20 minutes walk from the bus station. A pleasant non-tourist area near the port and beach and with pleasant food/drinking/pastas, for example, a flat near the apartment complex and 'Estacion'. Chinatown is not recommended, because they tried to be stuck with food, It is rarely so dirty and also unspoiled."
Camping Caledonia
"We stayed for a week in a Fiji bungalow, fully equipped for a holiday, and we were absolutely charmed by this campsite. It was a wonderful discovery for us. The pool is fantastic, especially the jacuzzi. The activities are free, and they provide all the necessary equipment. The 15-minute walk to the beach is picturesque, but once you reach it, it's truly magnificent and not overcrowded, which is very pleasant. The reception, restaurant, maintenance, and entertainment staff are all incredibly friendly and attentive, and they know how to create an unforgettable atmosphere during the typical Spanish evenings. The campsite is perfectly sized for a great time. It has a very welcoming, family-oriented feel, and it's really nice to be able to chat with people who live there year-round. We're already looking forward to next year's summer holiday because we'll definitely be returning to Caledonia."
Mediterrani Natura Spa Resort
"I paid at this hotel, but I didn't sleep here; it's a terrible hotel."
Tamarit Beach Resort
"The resort is beautiful, and the location ideal. The restaurant and snack bar have so much option and the food is delicious. The staff at reception do the bare minimum: check in is at 5pm and there is no flexibility even if your room is ready (we arrived early, waited at the porch outside the room for hours until the electric key worked). We also asked for late checkout and were given a firm NO, without them even checking if our room was even available. I am heavily pregnant and travelling with a toddler and an elderly mother, so I would have appreciated if they simply made the effort to look in the system to see if they could accommodate our request. Instead, we were told to make sure we leave the room on time and head to the cafe by the pool. The temperature is really high at noon and it would have been nice if they had shown some understanding for our situation. They didn't have to, but it would have been appreciated. Finally, they do not keep luggage like so many other resorts do, so we had to carry our luggage for 4h in the heat until departure as we didn't have a car to put it in. I know it's our problem but the lack of flexibility is really not helpful."
Torre del Sol
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable."
Aduana Suites
CASA ROMA Hostel Boutique
"We stayed at the hotel for just a night, but I wish we could have stayed longer! When I made the booking, I didn’t even realize they had a restaurant. We ate lunch, breakfast and dinner there because it was so good and the staff was so lovely! We were travelling with a 3 year old and a one year old and the hotel was very accommodating with children. There is an arts and crafts area that my three year old loved. Rooms were very nice. It seems like they likely just did a remodel because everything was new."
Hotel Sant Jordi
"The hotel is a small hotel, close to a fabulous beach. It is a bus journey away from Tarragona and it is located next to a busy road. Bus stops are located close to the hotel and a taxi from Tarragona bus station is about €15. It is spotlessly clean. The staff are very friendly and very willing to help out in whatever way they can. There is a cafe/bar in the hotel which serves drinks and snacks. It is very reasonably priced and the coffee and pastries are very nice. We had a room on the top floor with a balcony at the end of the building. The rooms were very quiet and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel has no pool, but a fantastic beach is located about a two minute walk from the hotel."
Nuria
"My 1st solo trip and there are only 2 positives about my stay, clean room and incredible shower. The restaurant opens when it feels like it, and the bar food is incredibly minimal, offering only bread options. £17.50 euros for ham and tomato bread. No restaurants are open locally unless you head into the marina or the old town which is absolutely beautiful. I have to say that I did not feel welcomed and for that reason, I would not recommend this hotel for solo travellers. There were only 2 staff members that smiled at me for my 5 days. The young bar girl on Monday and Tuesday and the receptionist on Wednesday evening. The 2 women behind the bar on Wednesday did not smile once and I feel do not shut the hospitality industry. Such a shame for what is a decently decorated hotel."
Camping Estival Torre de la Mora
"Great campsite for children 6-12 yrs old. We had a wonderful stay and cannot wait to go back. Staff friendly and always happy to help, plus some would take you up on the golf buggy if you had your hands full… Just a tad cold of evenings - but that was due to the time of year we went. But the rest - just perfect as it was calm, safe, fun and pool great, great walks. Getting about - the local buses easy to find stops and jump on and off to get around. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come again."
