"Awful experience - arrived at the hotel to be informed it was overbooked and the lodge we had booked was unavailable. No prior communication and said they had just hoped there was a cancellation instead which would've resolved for them. Hotel reservation manager was unhelpful, unapologetic and very unprofessional. They offered instead to book us into an alternative hotel in Agadir which was nowhere close to the same standard, and instead provided accommodation for one night in their basic room type. Finally resolved the next day as they instead let us stay in the same room which unfortunately meant whoever had booked it would've faced the same issue as us - which seemed to be a common issue. However the room offered was situated right next to the bird enclosure of the zoo which meant putting up with the constant noise from the birds which prevented getting a good night of sleep over the holiday. Stingy with water provided (one bottle a day), and the very limited food options for breakfast/dinner were repetitive and unimaginative. Staff speak very basic English so wouldn't advise if you cant speak French. Will not be returning and absolutely wouldn't recommend staying here at all."

"Excellent address in Ouled Teima. The welcome was top-notch, the room spotless, and the breakfast plentiful. The superb garden is perfect for relaxation. Not far from the airport, yet absolutely peaceful. I highly recommend it. Note that half-board is not available. The city of Taroudant is also not far from the property."
