"Location, parking and food was great. Facilities was quite old already. Toilet seat covers were worn out already. Flush was not initially working and the AC has a loud sound unlike newer models AC that silently works. Staff were friendly and very assistive. Their bed sheets are clean as well as the pillows and towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a good sleep."

"We stayed at this hotel to be closer to the jumping off point for the Mount Pinatubo hike. For this price it’s quite nice I guess, at least it was clean and the food was surprisingly awesome!! We had dinner there and were really impressed. But I didn’t get a good sleep in the room, it was too noisy outside, by the pool. Other hotel guests had fun drinking and enjoying themselves. At around 2 am I went down and asked the guy at the reception to take care of the noise since it was IMPOSSIBLE to sleep. Also, the room smelt like old cigarettes’ smoke. Plus, the aircon would turn off every few minutes, so we had to get up and turn it on again. It was a torture for me to sleep there. The hotel is right beside the main road, so we could hear all the cars and bikes passing by. We would come back for the food, but never to stay overnight"

"This is conveniently located along McArthur Highway right beside Waltermart. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery, etc. This hotel is a motel. They provide low class amenities but no tissue paper. Blanket and towels are provided. Aircon is functioning plus fan. There is no room key as the door is literally a metal gate. TV is not functional. No wifi, no table, no lamp, no bidet, toilet flush is not working and no hot water. Despite all these, an overnight stay is still fine if you would consider the price and accessibility."

"Keycard couldn’t lock the door, had to ask the front desk to lock it for me. Bathroom was small and the shower was cramped. Room phone was broken, had to ask the staff when i wanted to order room service. During checkout i was told i had to pay a balance but i booked online so it should have been paid already. And also i wasn’t given a receipt for the room or my room service order so i don’t know if was overcharged."

"This always has been a go to for my family since back then. Great facilities but they close at a certain time. maybe i’m just used to hotels that serve 24/7 but they do give a peaceful stay. aside from the beds being a little stiff than expected, but i’m sure others prefer them as if. I will always comeback here whenever i’m in the area. Good location: near SM Tarlac (but bad traffic) near a hospital near food places (like jollibee, army navy and etc.)"

"We stayed one night at L Square Hotel, Tarlac while passing through the area, as this stop was not part of our planned itinerary. We walked in late at night and were informed by the receptionist that no standard rooms were available, so we were offered Superior Room 208. The room faced the main road and was extremely noisy, with vehicle sounds clearly audible throughout the night. As we checked in after 10 PM, we immediately went to shower but found that the hot water was not working. When we contacted reception, we were told there was no maintenance staff available and that the issue would be attended to in the morning. At 8:30 AM during breakfast, we reminded the receptionist about the issue, but when we returned to the room at 9:45 AM, we discovered that maintenance had not been informed. We eventually checked out at 10 AM without being able to shower. There were several other maintenance and comfort concerns. The sink was already blocked upon check-in and drained very slowly. The bathroom was extremely small, with a flat floor and no separation in the shower area, causing the entire bathroom to become wet after every use. No bathroom mats were provided. The safe locker was locked and unusable, likely not functioning. Additionally, when we requested an iron, we were informed that there would be an additional charge, which was surprising as this is typically a standard facility in most hotels. Overall, our short stay — from after 10 PM to 10 AM — was disappointing due to noise disturbance, lack of hot water, and unresolved maintenance issues, resulting in poor sleep and an uncomfortable experience. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and relaxing sta"
