Bed looked nice and big went to get another pillow out of the cupboard and found sheets inside with urine on them 🤮 The microwave had a cup of made coffee in it most likely from the guests that stayed before us. A health inspector should really have a look at this place because it shouldn't be open to the public. (Just Look at all the bad reviews on ***********) The manager at the service asked us not to write a review about our experience and told us he would give us back some money on our stay well he offered us a $15 refund🤔 Hopefully this helps people make better choices so they dont have to be disappointed and don't waste your money ... Hopefully the management will fix this place up otherwise I don't think it will be open much longer."

"Good, clean and centrally located. My only complaint would be that there was no one in attendance at the reception off ice at any time during my three day stay. Upon arrival, I had to ring a phone number to gain access to the room key. Whilst at no other time did I require assistance, it would have been good to have someone in reception should I have required information about the locality or attractions."

"When we arrived at the hotel, the owner at the front desk greeted us very kindly. The room was fully equipped, but to our surprise, when we took off our socks, we found that the floor didn't seem very clean. When we tried to use the kettle to boil water, we found that there seemed to be some dust inside. So we ended up using our own kettle to boil water. I tossed and turned all night trying to fall asleep. Perhaps because the bed sank slightly in the middle, my body ached so much that I couldn't sleep at all. Strange noises kept coming from the middle of the night, making us feel very unsafe. Strangely, around 4:30 AM, we could clearly hear conversations, moving things, or bumping noises from other rooms. My boyfriend even worried that his car was going to be stolen… The whole night was unsettling. In the morning, there were extremely loud bird calls and parrot squawks. In my half-asleep state, I heard what sounded like a child screaming, which always woke us up. We barely slept and had to drag our exhausted bodies to check out before 10:00 AM. I think the soundproofing of the rooms and windows was completely inadequate for comfortable living or rest. The owner must have cut corners on the renovations, but the room rate wasn't much lower. I've never slept in such a painful and uncomfortable hotel room."

"We spend our annual Christmas family holiday here and have for the past 5 years. The houses are beautiful with your own jacuzzi. Each house is unique with its own jacuzzi, fireplace, bbq area and the houses are distanced from each other. The staff have always been welcoming and best of all it is pet friendly!"
