Todo espectacular. La comida, el spa, la visita a la bodega, la atención de todos los empleados, pero…… la habitación dejaba muchísimo que desear. Unas humedades horribles, cama horrible, una sábana sin más, y eso que teníamos un upgrading de habitación.

Hemos notado un detrimento en el servicio, mas lento, muchas caras nuevas y la profesionalidad deja mucho que desear. La oferta culinaria del gastrobar se ha reducido y no nos ha parecido tan atractiva como otras veces, y los platos que hemos probado venian en porciones muy escasas, la tabla de ibericos en particular era ridicula. Cada dos por tres que hemos venido la calidad ha imperado y ese debe ser el camino a seguir. Agradecemos la atencion de todo el equipo que son excelentes y queremos dejar esta critica constructiva para que se puedan solucionar este contratiempo y volver a seguir disfrtuando.

Buenas, a mi marido le regalaron un bono de regalo que incluía cata de vinos y menú masiego. Cuando hice la reserva informé que yo no como carne, me dijeron que lo preguntarían en cocina y me decían, me llamarón estando en la cata y me dijeron que era imposible hacer cambio de menú, que era menú cerrado (lo que nunca en los 18 años que no como carne, me han puesto problema, normalmente te ponen otra cosa y listo) bueno, una vez terminamos la cata vamos al restaurante, y al darnos mesa, ya que yo no podía comer a excepción de un plato (buñuelos de bacalao) les pido que me dejen ver la carta para pedir algo para mi aparte y pagarlo lógicamente. Cual es mi sorpresa cuando me dicen que eso no se puede hacer tampoco, es menú a mesa cerrada y no se puede pedir nada extra ni otra cosa fuera del menú, con lo cual, los buñuelos de bacalao, estaban muy ricos. Que aproveche!!!

EL DESAYUNO CORRECTO A SECAS, CON PERSONAL AMABLE PERO ESCASO POR LO QUE SE HACE EXCESIVO EL TIEMPO DE ESPERA PARA QUE TE SIRVAN EL CAFE (NO HAY MAQUINAS AUTOSERVICIO) O LOS PLATOS DE COCINA (REVUELTOS, TORTILLA) ASI COMO LA REPOSICION DE LA VAJILLA CUANDO SE ACABA. LO BUENO: - Como siempre todo moderadamente correcto, sigue siendo recomendable a pesar que el precio es algo alto - Personal moderadamente amable, dentro de lo que es la zona, que no es para tirar cohetes - Tienda de vino a buen precio al lado de recepción - Las zonas de comida/cena formal e informal muy correctas - Muy buena limpieza en habitación y zonas comunes - Opción de SPA y Masajes - Pista de Padel - Zona tranquila - Habitación y baño de dimensiones correctas - Parking gratuito LO MALO: - El masaje que nos dieron fue NEFASTO, tenemos bastante experiencia y, como digo, fue lamentable, las 2 personas asignadas, o al menos 1 de ellas, JAMÁS había dado un masaje, fue un robo. - La TV de la habitación no tiene dimensiones acorde a la misma - Desayuno tan solo correcto, nada del otro mundo, rozado lo básico
