房間整體還是不錯的，床品比較乾淨衞生！前台的幾個小姐姐服務態度很好，附近吃飯的地道也有，下次來還住這裏！

經常忘記打掃衞生，不換東西。花灑斷了一直沒有處理，這個酒店還是沒有熱水的。建議來這邊出差的花點時間去常德那邊住

在常德動物園玩了一天，回到縣城找了幾家賓館，條件太差了，後來就看到這一家雖然距離有點小遠十幾公里，但是住宿條件非常好，停車也很方便，當時沒有拍圖片。

酒店房間還是比較大的，環境還是可以，前台小姐姐服務熱情周到，就是那個暖氣沒有什麼熱度，到早起都是19度，其他都非常不錯。

都不要來這家酒店很差特別差，空調開了跟沒開一樣還是，前台服務也差，床單上很臟，衞生感覺都沒人打理一樣特別臟，不要看好評都是刷出來的，差評應該都被刷掉了，大家不要踩雷#衞生大堂看着不錯，房間很差勁是特別差勁到處都是灰塵污垢#服務前台服務很差一點都不滿意
