I love to stay here and want to repeat if i travel to bintan again! The room big and very comfortable. My child also love to play inside the room because its spacious. The toilet also big and nice. And i got cheap price which is RM300++ for 3 days 2 nights in Junior Suites. The staffs are very kind and polite! I love how they treated us so well.

I stayed at the hotel from 12 to 15 October and was very pleased with my experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with excellent bathroom amenities. The staff were all friendly, courteous, and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
The only shortcoming was on the first night when I noticed that the bedsheet had some stains. However, the housekeeping team responded promptly and replaced it with a fresh set immediately. I truly appreciate their quick response and professionalism in handling the matter. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would be happy to return in the future.

There is not much feedback. As most of the staff do not really understand English but they are quite friendly. I am quite happy that at least I have found a Japanese restaurant for a meal near the hotel.
