L'hotel è nuovo e molto bello con piscina e camere confortevoli. Il personale e i servizi sono ottimi e adeguati alla categoria. La colazione e anche la cena sono di qualità con piatti fatti bene. La posizione è un po decentrata ma raggiungibile con taxi senza problemi. La nostra camera all'arrivo era ghiacciata e non è stato piacevole. Alla reception sono molto cordiali.

staff was nice, but thats about where the nice comments end. rooms are mouldy, linens are stained, pillows were smelly and yellowing. looks like they are cheaping out on laundry by outsourcing it to another laundry company, leading to 0 control in quality or cleanliness. staff were very welcoming and kind, helped us with changing room(although that didnt improve anything) and arranging activities. managment needs to be changed and stop cheaping out on everything, embarassing to call it a marriott hotel.

Sangat menyenangkan stay di hotel ini..aku sengaja ambil kamar dengan balkon sea view biar dapat best view.. yang best banget adalah pelayanan yang sangat ramah dari semua stafnya 😍 hotel bersih banget & rapi ❤️ Makanan juga enak..

Hotel OK, no complain dari tamu saya. Salah satu yg terbaik di Belitung. Tidak terlalu jauh dari airport sekitar 30mins.
