new hotel; the room is big and clean; the bed also comfortable. The room view is good. Just that that soundproof not that good, can hear clearly the noise of open / close the door from other rooms. And my room face the main road, also can hear the noise from motor bike. But luckily after 11pm (that was Monday), basically less traffic on the road and I managed to sleep tight. Lastly, on the working desk, advised to add table lamp or ceiling downlight otherwise it is dimmed and not comfortable to work there.

Good location with good service. Cleanliness tiptop condition. Quite new hotel. If you are lucky, you get to have a seaview

Spacious, clean and full of amenities. You have induction cooker, microwave, family fridge, all utensils in the room. Will definitely stay again!

I booked this hotel for my parents cuz my father discharged from Gleneagles hospital.. this hotel is new and they even have the shuttle to different places and hospital too … my father had to go to the hospital for check up before 7am .. the manager offered them to drop them off earlier … their efforts for guests are superb .. I went to visit my parents .. the room is clean and new .. everyday also offer housekeeping … thank you.. and this is my parents second stay at this hotel.

Hotel is very new, opened in Q1 2025. Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Water dispenser on each floor so be sure to bring your water bottle for water refills. Nice gym on Level 15, with treadmills, dumbbells, and several other machines. Hotel location is very central. Close proximity to Gurney and also Batu Ferringhi. Good choice for business travelers and holiday makers.

Room is spacious and clean. There is microwave in the room very convenient 🙏🏼 Will definitely stay again since we didn’t get the chance to use the pool and survey most of the facilities as this visit is short to celebrate my sister engagement. My first time ever to park our car at lift car park 🤭
