Showers take an hour apart, and I'm so nervous about showering that it doesn't meet the basic requirements of a hotel. It's dirty and old, and the hygiene is poor. The edges and corners of the sanitary napkins are uncomfortable to look at. The small floor-standing air conditioner is not very effective. The good points are the large parking lot and the spacious rooms. The wooden interior is decorated in a northeastern style, but it seems that it will be moth-eaten and cracked over time.

The room was completely different from the official photos. I booked this hotel for the view. I specifically checked the interior rooms, and they all had windows facing the hallway, but the family rooms didn't. The official photos also showed mountain views, but this was the view from the window of a hotel that cost over 800 yuan a night. I asked the staff, and they told me the photos were inaccurate. The room was also completely soundproof, waking me up at 6 a.m. If you're planning to book a room, be sure to check carefully; it's terrible.

這次伊春之旅能住進九鑫山珍度假村，真是太幸運了！必須來給個五星好評！
一走進度假村，就被它獨特的原木風格吸引了，滿滿的森林氣息，每一處細節都彰顯着自然與品質。房間寬敞又乾淨，全實木的傢俱散發著淡淡的木香，躺在大床上，感覺特別安心、舒適。房間裏的設施一應俱全，電視、熱水、無線網絡，該有的都有，住起來別提多方便了。
服務更是沒得説，從前台辦理入住時的熱情接待，到客房服務的貼心關懷，工作人員都特別熱情，有什麼需求都能及時滿足，感覺就像在家一樣自在。
餐飲體驗也很棒，餐廳裏有各種地道的東北菜，味道超正宗，食材新鮮，烹飪得恰到好處，每一口都讓人回味無窮。尤其是他們家的特色山珍菜餚，真的是別處吃不到的美味。
度假村位置也很好，周邊有很多景點，出行方便。而且還有免費停車場，對於自駕的遊客來説太友好了。臨走時，還在山珍超市買了些特產，品質都很不錯。下次來伊春，肯定還選這兒！

在網上看到這家4⭐️級“九鑫山珍度假村”，好喜歡這種風格的酒店。我們一共四人，之前在網上一直無法預訂兩間標準房，有點失落，衹好先預訂一間大床房和一間三人房。到了酒店試試想看看前台工作人員能不能臨時幫我們安排，前台工作人員和小徐妹妹非常熱心終於幫我們安排到了兩間標準房，還送上非常好喝的樺樹汁飲料，好感恩。在酒店內有特產商店和餐館。入住後肚子餓了立刻到樓下餐館用餐，那裡有東北菜也有南方風味菜非常好吃。飯後開車到酒店附近的橋上散步，環境清幽宜人，空氣清新，同時趕上日落美景。回到我們入住的房間好舒適寬敞，設計獨特都是用原木裝修，別有一番風味。早上起床打開窗簾就能看到滿山綠林，讓人心曠神怡。臨走前我們還到樓下特產商店購買一些特產，非常方便。整體來説入住這家酒店體驗非常滿意，下次來湯旺河，一定會再次選擇九鑫山珍酒店！

在湯旺河景區附近，是全實木打造的森林木屋式賓館，場地很大，視野開闊，8月下旬來，基本度過了暑期最旺季，所以停車位很多，自駕過來停車很方便。一進門，左手邊是餐廳，左手邊的自助早餐中規中矩，右手邊的特產超市東西較全。入住體驗是：乾淨舒服，視野好，周邊自然環境好，空氣新鮮，森林小屋舉架高，裏面全是實木床和書桌，有種在森林裏居住的感覺。屋內燈光較暗，暗暖光，氛圍感十足。整體感覺很好。

遊覽伊春湯旺林海奇石公園結束後建議入住九鑫山珍好好休息。酒店與公園距離非常近，駕車車程約10分鐘，位於湯旺河岸邊公路里側，與周邊相比是建設最好、最大的酒店，5層樓，2-5層住宿，一層是特產商店和餐廳。規模較大的伊春土特產商店銷售藍莓幹、蜂蜜、蘑菇等，購買後可直接選擇免費快遞不用隨身攜帶。入住後推薦在酒店餐廳用餐，廚師手藝挺好，色香味俱全，口感不錯，菜品基本上38元起步。兩個人點了一個“肉絲炒猴腿”（58元）、一個“刺五加炒雞蛋”（48元）、兩碗米飯（5元/碗）共116元。

對湯旺鎮的住宿沒抱太大期望，入住時已經做了心理準備，房間比較小燈光也很昏暗，洗澡一個人洗完要等半個小時第二個人才能洗，這些先放在一邊不講。要吐槽的是服務，一入住，我預訂的是含早餐的房間，服務員衹給了一把鑰匙，沒給早餐券，我以為早晨報房號就行，結果第二天去吃早餐，看門大姐死活不讓進，説是我們沒有早餐券，又跑回前台去問前台要餐券，前台一句抱歉都沒有，全程冷臉。然後再説早餐，酒店規定早餐ma9點就結束，真的多一分鐘都不等，9點一到五六個大姐沖出來，一半從左一半從右開始收餐，還有大姐拿個飯盒把菜往自己飯盒裡盛，好多客人還沒吃完，看到收餐跑過來加餐，大姐絲毫不管，把餐往餐車上搬，大家就到餐車上搶吃的，場面十分混亂。離開酒店後我們發現孩子的小枕頭落在酒店了，退房當天就給酒店打了電話，第一次電話酒店説客房部下班了找不了，説第二天給我回電話，結果第二天也沒回，我打過去，前台一接電話直接説沒有，我説你問問行嗎？前台直接問旁邊一個大姐：“有嗎？”大姐説沒有，前台又回我：“沒找到。”我心想：你這連找都沒找當然沒有！總之，服務真的太垃圾了。攜程鑽石會員，用了十幾年攜程，第一個差評給九鑫，全程最差酒店，沒有之一！
