Le lieu est superbe, la plage en contrebas est extraordinaire Les villas sont un peu plus loin de la plage. Les villas sont belles, seules les SdB sont rudimentaires. Par contre, le service est très moyen. Notre guide nous a déposé a 20:05, il n’y avait pas de personne à la réception alors qu’il avait prévenu de notre arrivée. Pour chaque repas, le serveur nous demandait de programmer bien à l’avance l’heure et le choix du menu. Pas cool quand on est en vacances… La nourriture est très basique et pas du tout au niveau du reste de l’hotel. Nous étions en 1/2 pension : c’est une erreur. Il y a de bons restos en bas sur la plage et cet hotel ne sait pas améliorer ses propositions de repas malgré tous les commentaires sur le sujet. Avoir uniquement le choix entre 1 plat rice et 1 plat noddle basiques, c’est décevant.

Trotz anfänglicher Bedenken, ist der Aufenthalt in den Cabanas ein absolutes Highlight unserer 3 Wö. Reise. Die Häuschen liegen inmitten eines wunderschönen Palmengartens. 5 Min zum Strand. Das Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, war aber optisch sehr sauber. Für Kinder geeignet. Die Zimmer sind einfach aber zweckmässig und wir genossen vor allem die überdeckte Terrasse. Der Staff ist sehr sehr freundlich und hilfreich. Wir werden diese Unterkunft allen unseren Freunden weiter empfehlen.

We stayed in a wooden cabana. No AC, but cooled down quickly with fans in the room. You can hear the sea throughout the grounds. Very close to several beach options, so didn’t need the compact triangular pool. Highly recommend Loveena’s restaurant 2 minutes away.

Nous avions réservé une villa attique dans cet hôtel depuis une année, via notre agence de voyage. À notre arrivée, mauvaise surprise : notre réservation n’avait soi-disant jamais été enregistrée, bien qu’elle ait été confirmée le matin à l’agence. Plutôt que de chercher une solution, le personnel, désagréable et totalement incompétent, nous a simplement répondu qu’il n’y avait plus de chambre disponible, excepté une cabane basique sans air conditionné. Le manager n’a même pas proposé de nous offrir le lunch pendant notre longue attente! Après ce manque de réactivité, nous avons dû chercher nous-mêmes des solutions. Une demi-journée perdue lorsque finalement l’hôtel nous a proposé un logement acceptable dans un autre établissement.

Wir wollten im Dezember nach einer Rundreise vier Tage mit Sohn und Schwiegertochter verbringen und haben hier zwei Cabanas gemietet. Wir waren sehr enttäuscht, denn die Hütten waren runtergewohnt, abgenutzt, düster und viel kleiner, als die Fotos suggerieren. Die Dusche lief nur tröpfelnd und wurde nicht warm. Die Strandtücher waren vielfach ausgebessert und zerschlissen, dafür musste man auch noch Pfand hinterlegen. Der nächtliche Monsumregen ging durch das Dach und durchnässte unsere Matratze. Die Teppiche auf dem Boden wirkten benutzt. Es gab keinen Wasserkocher und keinen Kühlschrank, abends mit einem kühlen Getränk auf der Terrasse sitzen kann man vergessen. Alles in allem waren die Cabanas sehr ungemütlich. Auch die Gastfreundschaft ließ zu wünschen übrig. Auf die Frage meines Mannes nach einem Stück Speck zu gebratenen Frühstücksei wurde darauf hingewiesen, das würde einen Aufpreis kosten (während der ganzen Rundreise war der Speck selbstverständlich dabei und kleine Wünsche wurden immer ohne Aufpreis erfüllt). Unsere Bitte, das Abendessen gegen einen Mittagssnack zu tauschen, wurde abgelehnt bzw. höchstens gegen Aufpreis in Erwägung gezogen. Wir haben nach einer ungemütlichen Nacht den Aufenthalt abgebrochen. Eine Rückerstattung haben wir nicht erhalten. Insgesamt war das sicher mal eine schöne Anlage, auch der recht neue Poolbereich ist nett. Doch ich kann nur empfehlen, diese Unterkunft zu meiden. Es war ein sehr enttäuschender Abschluss einer wunderbaren Reise in einem bezaubernden Land.

Мы отдыхали в этом замечательном отеле с конца января - февраль 2024 года, и у нас остались только положительные впечатления! Размещение в бунгало на первой линии — это настоящее наслаждение: ты ложишься спать под звук шепчущего моря, которое убаюкивает и наполняет тебя покоем. Пляжи просто потрясающие! Нам запомнились не только золотистый песок и чистая вода, но и восхитительная природа вокруг - дичайшая красота! На территории отеля можно встретить варанов, бабочек, павлинов, а также крабов и даже скорпиона! Особенный момент — когда мы увидели в океане мурену и морских ежей! Это было фантастическое приключение для нас. Что касается ресторана отеля, то здесь нас встретил дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал, который всегда готов помочь. Ужины были действительно вкусными. Отдельное спасибо за кубики льда с собой в бунгало)) Завтраки, возможно, немного однообразные, но это не сильно повлияло на наше общее впечатление о пребывании. В целом, наш отдых в этом отеле в Тангалле стал незабываемым. Мы обязательно вернемся сюда снова!

I stayed for two nights in Cabana 11, and the experience was terrible. I understand that a cabana is less comfortable than a villa, but I never expected it to be in such a deplorable state. The only reason the interior disaster isn’t fully visible is the poor lighting, which partially hides the dirt and wear. The furniture is extremely old, the blanket was torn and had an unclear color, the pillow was visibly stained, and the additional pillows made you wonder whether they were just old or actually dirty. The entrance door was in terrible condition, and the entire cabana gave the impression that you didn’t want to touch anything. I ended up sleeping fully dressed for two nights, using beach towels as a barrier over the pillow to avoid contact with the bedding. It’s a shame because the location is stunning – the surrounding nature and proximity to the beach are excellent. The breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. Additionally, the cabana looks okay from the outside, but the interior conditions are unacceptable, especially considering that the price isn’t much lower than that of a villa. The owners need to understand that these cabanas accommodate tourists, not wild animals. A minimal investment in cleanliness and repairs could turn this negative experience into a positive and memorable one. As it stands, I cannot recommend staying in the cabanas, at least not in their current condition.
