If I ever travel to Guam again, I don't want to stay at the Bayview Hotel. The floor was damp, the veranda window didn't open, and I had an uncomfortable night due to the humidity. Room service wasn't very good either, so when I asked for towels and other necessary items, they were delivered too late... I don't want to go there again.

Since Guam is old and there are many hotels with outdated facilities, I didn't want to stay in an expensive hotel because I thought the quality of the hotel was low compared to the price, but the price was just right and the facilities weren't bad, and although the pool was a little small, the view was good, so I was satisfied.
Of course, it is a bit far from the shopping center, but it is easily walkable.
There is an ABC store 3 minutes away and Tumon Beach is also close by.
Except for one cockroach during our stay, everything else was perfect.

I stayed here for 3 nights while in Guam.
It was closer to the center than I expected, just a short walk away.
It's true that the uphill climb on the way back is a bit difficult for the elderly and small children, but my 4-year-old seemed to be fine with it.
The cost performance is high because the location is not near the beach and it is quite cheap 👍
The room was spacious and the view from the balcony was amazing 😀
