Guam Plaza Resort Reviews

I think the hotels in Guam is really not worthy. Very expensive but the hygiene is not satisfying. We got bitten by ants in the bed during sleeping. I caught several ants in the bed. It made us really terrible. Nikko is not a 3 or 4 starts hotel. We travel a lot but this is our first time to be bitten by ants in the bed. They changed our room and gave us 2 more hours late check out.but the room on the same floor and same condition even though we were very itchy for previous two nights and got bitten. Really terrible. And hopefully they change all the towels in the pool. Tooooooo old !!! Everything is too old !!

"I booked my flight on May 29, but the system mistakenly helped me book the hotel for April 29 instead. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot issue a refund for the wrong booking, and I'm really very sad about it.

The hotel is in a great location and there are many delicious restaurants nearby.just a few steps away to the beach.I recommend this hotel!!!

Easy access to every where! At the heart of Tumon at a very reasonable price.

The hotel was great. I like the quietness and cleanliness.

Great location, nice staff. Unfortunately rooms are not very clean floors go untouched. Not much amenities in the room. Furniture needs a shampoo and deep cleaning along with the carpet in the hallways that smell like mildew. The swimming pool doesn't seem to be treated properly It took a day and a half to get my full vision back.

# There was no information about the facilities at check-in. # They only provide the two bottles of water in the refrigerator on the first day. # There's no water purifier nearby, so please keep that in mind. There's one at the gym, but I think it closes before 10 PM. I didn't get any information on the hours, so I'm not sure. # There was no separate beach towel service, so I got one at the desk. # The room wasn't cleaned for two nights, and no additional towels were provided. # I had to change my card key twice because I didn't register my room key properly.

Right in the heart of Tumon. A great place for restaurants and shopping. The pool is small, so don't come just for the pool. The adjacent Tarza is also closed. There were almost no Japanese staff members there. The ocean is just a short walk away, so you can go in in your swimsuit! There is no air pump at the pool, so we recommend bringing your own. There is a JP mini store where you can easily buy drinks and snacks. Highly recommended for those looking to keep hotel costs down.

Due to an early flight back home, I only stayed one night on my final day. I booked this hotel thinking I'd be happy just getting some sleep, but it exceeded my expectations. Good Points - Location: Right in the heart of Tumon, in a lively area - Within walking distance of the beach - Price: Half the price of other major hotels - Facilities are old, but well-maintained - The lobby convenience store is about the same price as an ABC Store - Ample amenities like water and toothbrushes Bad Points - The hotel was noisy, morning and night, probably due to the high traffic. - As expected, the water park was closed (we could have enjoyed the courtyard pool instead, but there seemed to be no beach towels, so we had to use our room towels). I wouldn't recommend staying for three or four nights.

It was a nice hotel for a 0.5-night stay. However, check-in was disorganized and I had to wait in line. It was confusing because so many people came in at the same time in the early morning!
