"I booked my flight on May 29, but the system mistakenly helped me book the hotel for April 29 instead. Unfortunately, the hotel cannot issue a refund for the wrong booking, and I'm really very sad about it.

The hotel is in a great location and there are many delicious restaurants nearby.just a few steps away to the beach.I recommend this hotel!!!

Easy access to every where! At the heart of Tumon at a very reasonable price.

Great location, nice staff. Unfortunately rooms are not very clean floors go untouched. Not much amenities in the room. Furniture needs a shampoo and deep cleaning along with the carpet in the hallways that smell like mildew. The swimming pool doesn't seem to be treated properly It took a day and a half to get my full vision back.

Used in April 2025 The hotel is conveniently located near Tumon Beach and adjacent to the shopping mall JP Superstore and duty-free shop T Galleria DFS However, there was a stain on the bed sheet on the first day, so I had to change it The second day, the water pipe broke, so I couldn't use the bathroom and toilet until midnight that night There was no guidance or response to the problem, and when I contacted the desk and asked, I was only told that it would be repaired at midnight And the Lazy River at Taza with the water slide was under maintenance, so I couldn't use it.

It was in a convenient location. It was disappointing that the pool was under maintenance and only a small pool was available, and check-in was scheduled at 3 p.m. but we had to wait about 30 minutes because cleaning wasn't finished. It seemed like there weren't many people who spoke Japanese.

The walls were thin and the TV noise from the next room was annoying, but the location was great.

Compared with the five-star hotels with sea views, Hilton Nikko and Westin, the location is super superior. There are duty-free shops and various restaurants, including abc supermarket. There is also a Jp Store in the hotel lobby. There is also a taxi service counter at the door, which makes it very convenient to go anywhere.
