1. Pros
- Best location! The second best location in Guam after Dusit
- Reasonable price compared to other hotels and resorts
- Luggage storage in a cool place (even if you buy chocolate souvenirs, they won't melt)
2. Cons
- No cleaning in the morning
- They only changed the towels and emptied the bathroom trash can once during the three nights and four days. And that was in the late afternoon, when we were in the room
3. Conclusion
If it's your first time in Guam and you're looking for a cost-effective hotel, I highly recommend it! There are some issues with not cleaning and not changing the towels, but it's forgiven because of the location.

It's located in Tumon Beach, the busiest beach in Guam, and is in a very convenient location within walking distance of the beach. It's also close to the shuttle bus stop. The ocean in Guam is very clear and beautiful, so I definitely want to swim there.
The rooms are kept very clean and there are no problems. The Wi-Fi is fast. The hotel staff are all very kind and make for a great stay.
