The Westin Resort Guam

I think this is the worst Westin in the world. I don't have any experience. This is definitely the most authentic evaluation of my real stay. Guam is not a big place, and there are only so many hotels. I didn't expect this brand to be like this here, and there are so many good reviews? In terms of facilities, the hotel is old, and the facilities are also relatively old. Although they are all brands, they are too old. Besides, the sanitation and cleaning of the room have no brand awareness and are hasty. It's annoying from the check-in. There is no Chinese service. There are more Japanese and Koreans, and fewer Chinese. The room card is also upgraded and repaired. The elevator room card can't be used to toss back and forth. After checking in, the hotel bedding is damp. Although I have stayed in other hotels by the sea, there is no such thing in other hotels. The room is small, the facilities are poor, and the air conditioning is broken. In short, I think this is the worst Westin in the world. This level is 3 stars in China. It is really absolutely not a smear. The buffet doesn't feel like a five-star, and the coffee machine is broken! ! ! In short, I recommend Crowne Plaza in Guam. The food is good, the room is newly renovated, and the service is good!

每3-4個月入境美國一次，這次選了關島。是我噩夢開啟的地方，到的時候凌晨12點，要是不是太晚真的想換個酒店…水沒有 梳子沒有，耳塞沒有！！1680RMB性價比不高，早起外面噪音大，隔音也一般，這要是在中國，12345得打爆…今天又換了一家，2300+也一般，別抱太大期待就行

施設はちょっと古いですが、客室はとても綺麗です。 ロケーションもプライベートビーチがあり夕陽がとても綺麗に見られて良かったです。 清掃は17時過ぎ頃に来るので少し遅めで、ちょっとがっかりしました。

I came back after a very comfortable stay. The bed was very big and the view was really nice ㅠㅠ I came back after a very good rest ㅎㅎ The pool and the ocean are connected, so it's great for playing in the water. The location is also good!! Highly recommended!!
