Cons 1) There is no remote TV in the room.i requested remote tv from the lady receptionist.and she told me someone will send it to my room.....they never send the remote to my room....very disappointed."

"Clean room. the bathroom is clean.. but the towels are not clean.. there is a yellow / rusty stain on the white bath towel and I did not use the towel provided because it was dirty.. the desk / dressing table is a little dusty. But the receptionist is very kind and friendly. Reasonable rental rates. Only the resort environment needs improvement. Less interesting"
