"This hotel uses self-check-in. After arriving, go to the front desk on the second floor; there's a sign with a phone number. Call the number, tell them you're checking in, and they'll send you your room number and password via SMS. There's no deadbolt in the room. The single room is very small, with a private toilet but a shared shower. Strangely, the next day, a staff member entered the password and opened my door… They saw me inside and left… without even cleaning. Why did they open my door? The room wasn't cleaned properly. It was raining and freezing cold the night I checked in. The next morning, I asked the front desk, the breakfast staff, and the lady who inexplicably opened my door for an extra blanket, and they all agreed. But then, I couldn't find a single staff member. They promised to deliver, but no one ever did. The breakfast was terrible, the worst hotel breakfast ever, bar none. I will never choose this hotel again… However, the location is convenient; the restaurant across the street called "Whatever" is really delicious."

"It was disappointing to learn at check-in that breakfast would be served at the neighboring hotel. The signage was poor, and the route went through a bleak parking garage. In addition, the breakfast room was completely crowded, and a staff member rather bluntly snapped, “Who are you?” In the future, we will choose a hotel in Tampere where breakfast arrangements are better organized."
