Host was very responsive to my questions. Even checked on us while we were there via text. Beds were very comfortable. Bedding was top notch. Everything was clean. The bathrooms were a little dated but we had no issues with it. It is an older house. There are stairs that are a little steep but they are working on adding a handrail to both sides for safety. Over all I would definitely stay again!

A Weekend Unplugged
It was essentially elite glamping. Like camping without having to spend all that money on a truck, camper, gas, and supplies. Not to mention SO much more room and tons of amenities! The dogs even felt right at home! I was disappointed to find that there wasn't a pond or lake access on the property and that the pictures in the listing were actually hanging on the wall in the bathroom. But it was only a 13 minute drive to Horseshoe Lake. Not having Wi-Fi and very little phone signal was actually great help for me to disconnect from work, the kids from tiktok, and to connect with each other while playing pool, darts, badminton, bocce ball, making s'mores in the fire pit in the lovely gazebo, and playing boardgames at the kitchen table. It was an amazing weekend that we will all remember forever!

Wonderful little gateway! Especially to disconnect and enjoy nature. Dislike is the stairs to the loft. Everything else was great!
