Such low-level needs cannot be met. The temperature in Eastern Europe is only 10℃. It’s strange that you don’t get sick even if you take a cold shower! I didn't make it in time for check-in and didn't meet the receptionist, but my room key was on the counter so it wasn't a problem.
The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable.
There is a hair dryer in the staircase area on the 2nd floor and it seems you can use it freely.
I only had to drop my room key in the return slot when I checked out early in the morning, so it was no problem.
This is just about the town itself, but the streets are basically made of brick so it was difficult to get around with a large suitcase.
Next time I visit, I'd like to carry my luggage in a backpack.

The staff at the reception was rarely there. There's an whatsapp number, but I've never got a proper response in time. Make sure you call them if you have something urgent.
I had one such bad experience in the following: I had a problem with the physical key to the room. I tried to call the staff via whatsapp, and was told that he would arrive in only 30 minutes - that was already 23:00 in the midnight. Fortunately, he came within 30 minutes. Had he not, I would definitely have switched to other hotels.

The location is great. A towel was given which was amazing. The outside terrace was cute too. BUT they should definitely find a way how to ventilate properly in bathrooms & bedrooms because the air condition was horrific. As an addition I would recommend to offer ear plugs.
