Our stay at this Hilton facility lived up to our expectations as most Hilton locations do. The staff was friendly and professional, our room was clean and fresh. We did not use any of the other amenities but the pool and lounge area looked nice. We will continue to choose Hilton Suites when available.

The hotel was right in the middle of historic downtown. It didn’t matter which direction you went you were sure to see something amazing for people of any age. Parking directly across from the hotel. An assortment of restaurants, bars, shops and historical sites. The hotel was very clean and staff were always available. Breakfast was ur typical breakfast and was very convenient. Would definitely stay again and recommend highly.

I don't often give a rating like this. This hotel has got it 100%! The Staff is A-1, the room was clean and very roomy and quiet. The Breakfast and the set up was wonderful. It is near everything. We were there for only one night but it was impressive how the staff handled the influx of customers! There apparently was a home FSU game so lots of college students and families.

Without a doubt the worst hotel lodging experience I’ve had in the continental United States. Avoid staying here if at all possible. I stayed for three nights and had ZERO hot water. Multiple times I was told by the front desk staff that it was being fixed or was fixed. It never was. I respectfully asked to speak with the manager and that was ignored. If there is no hot water, be up front about it. I was not given any room rate consideration at checkout.

Stay away from this hotel. They had no hot water, which when I called the front desk they said was an ongoing issue (which no one mentioned when I checked in). The beds were old, one didn't have sheets, the breakfast food was mostly stale (some had expiration dates 2-3 dates past). The front desk was very nice, but they were overwhelmed by the number of complaints they had.

The location is convenient because it is close to everywhere. The parking lot is pretty good size because it is in a huge plaza. So the parking lot is shared by other businesses. The room was ok, but the shower was horrible. The floor can use some resurfacing. I felt like staying in some seedy motel. Motel 6 probably has better shower. The rolling shower door had something wrong with the track. I had to force it to slide over. The top of the fridge was dusty as hell. There was like an inch of layer of dust. All these really reflected on the management team. Because all these deficiencies didn't happen overnight. It took a long time to get to this state. This means that the cleaning crew didn't really care enough to report this. There was no QA/QC done. The management didn't implement a protocol to keep the property in good shape. If I was the owner, I would have the management team replaced.

Major safety risk! Stayed for two nights. First night went okay, but on the second night, a random man claiming to be the building’s security repeatedly knocked on our door at midnight! We immediately called the front desk and they did absolutely nothing! They simply said they don’t have a security guard and that we shouldn’t open the door for the man. Are you kidding me?! The man left after a few minutes, but the staff did absolutely nothing to put our minds at ease. They did not come to check on us to see if we were okay, did not check the cameras to locate the man after he left our door, nothing! The man obviously had nefarious intentions, as there were only females in the room. I am just disgusted by their lack of concern for the safety of their guests. Due to this and several other things that happened during our stay I absolutely do not recommend!

6 AM the room above us a child running back-and-forth for three hours until they left Pookie did not work had to go in second key did not work. Had to reach over the gate as well as everyone else entering the pool area. Check out was at noon received two knocks before 11 AM and someone tried to come in the room. Housekeeping. I had a child staying with me and we had the do not disturb sign on our door.
