The breakfast was good but not worth the price. The hotel is nice and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The view if your higher up is beautiful

This hotel is staffed by very kind, caring and professional individuals. If something needs attention, they are right on it. Roxanne, my waitress was extremely attentive and efficient. She greeted me with a warm and friendly smile and was attentive to all my dining needs. She is very efficient

Traveled with our two kids under 13. Checkout is at noon and at 8:30 AM a housekeeping associate just knocked her knuckles on our door AS SHE PROCEEDED to ENTER OUR ROOM. We had the do not disturb tag on the door! Unannounced. Did not ask for permission. Thankfully we had the latch latched so the door slammed to a stop after 2 inches. I was hoping to finally sleep in late for once. Nope. Then she did it AGAIN at 10am! Did not announce or ask permission. I finally called the front desk to report it after I went to the door and told her she was not allowed to do that. All she said over and over was “ok… ok…ok”. No English obviously. This was a complete violation of our privacy and trust. Due to this we will never stay here again. The bar/restaurant downstairs was good and very popular after 8pm. Location is good and plenty of parking. Coffee maker is the super small type with a little plastic tray and generic coffee packs. Not a Keurig k cup type. They did finally add min fridges in the rooms so that deserved a star.

Check in at the Tally Four Points is super simple and pleasant. My stay included a breakfast each morning and Roxanne V. and Ms. Rhonda were on fire in terms of customer service and great food. The biscuits and gravy were the best I’ve had in a long while. They bring a new level of R and R to your stay at the Sheraton. Don’t skip breakfast!!!

I recently had the misfortune of staying at what has to be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever encountered, and I feel compelled to share my experience to help others avoid this nightmare. First off, the parking lot was completely dark—no lights whatsoever, making it feel unsafe and unwelcoming. Upon checking in, I was unfortunately given not just one, but two dirty rooms. The first room had a comforter with dried blood on it—yes, you read that right. The second room was grimy, with sticky desks that clearly hadn’t seen a cleaning cloth in ages. When I expressed my concerns and requested to switch to a different hotel, I was met with indifference. The front desk attendant informed me that the room was already paid for and that there was no one available to process a refund—no night manager on duty? Odd and unacceptable. As a consolation, he offered me a complimentary upgrade. I hoped for a cleaner room, but that hope quickly dissipated. While the comforter was indeed cleaned, the bed was poorly made, and my request for a non-street-facing room was obviously disregarded as I was left with a noisy street view. To add to my frustrations, the TV didn’t work, the phone was out of order, and it took an agonizing ten minutes for the shower to heat up. The street noise was unbearable. If you’re a light sleeper, do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place; even with earplugs and a sound machine, it’s impossible to find any peace. The front desk staff were not particularly helpful or apologetic—just a half-hearted attempt at customer service. After this experience, I can confidently say I will never stay here again and strongly urge others to consider their options carefully. This hotel promises comfort but delivers a dismal experience instead. Avoid it at all costs!
