Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

A wonderful resort, has everything you need! The food is great & has a lot of variety. Rooms are very clean and are kept tidy as you are on safari through the day. Patrick made us feel very welcome and made sure we always had what we needed. Edison went over and beyond for us, with a warm welcome and excitement to make our stay as good as it could be. I’d also want to share a thank you to Sialo for being so helpful to arrange our breakfast.

Vom herzlichen Empfang bis zur tränenreuchen Verabschiedung ein unvergessliches, einzigartiges Erlebnis. Wir hatten för 3 Nächte ein luxeriöses Zelt gebucht, indem wir nachts den wilden Tieren der Massai Mara lauschen konnten und morgens von ungewöhnlich schönem Vogelzwitscher geweckt wurden. Die Lage des Camps, das nur durch eine Brücke vom Naturschutzgebiet getrennt ist, ist einzigartig eingebettet in unberührte Natur. Die gesamte Ausstattung der Lodge ist hervorragend, die Zelte sind mehr als geräumig, die Betten ein Traum. Das Essen, vom Koch persönlich liebevoll präsentiert, lässt in Qualität und Vielseitigkeit keine Wünsche offen. Wir wurden wie in einer Familie aufgenommen. Die authentische Fürsorge, Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit zog sich vom Zzimmerservive Bellony und Boke über die excellenten Kellner(-innen) Susan, Sylvia, Fred, ...Barkeeper, Poolchef Henry bis zum Manager Enock hin. Wer ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis in perfektem Ambiente und hinreissender Gastlichkeit sucht, findet es hier. Wir danken allen, auch denjenigen, die wir namentlich nicht genannt haben.

Our stay at the prideinn mara camp was amazing, especially due to the people. Everyone was very kind and the service was perfect. The tents were also really good, everything is very clean and our stay was super comfortable. Asante sana everyone!!

The cottages were exquisite and situated right on the river. The amenities were comfortable and the staff solicitous, friendly, and helpful. The bedrooms and bathrooms were meticulously clean. The restaurant was buffet style, but each table had its own waiter as well. The food was very good.

prideinn lucated inside the massi mara reserve, in adge the of the talik river, they have a good and vary food , the tent tidy and clean, power 24 hours , they have great stuff polite and willing to help you , especially to virginah the massagist she a professional one, it close to the massi mara village if you thinking to visit and to hear about their cultur. i can not tell about the wifi they have because i used airalo app and have reception every where including through the gamedrive .
