Outstanding!! Customer service was excellent. The rooms we clean with fresh water. We felt very safe. I will recommend all to stay. Meal are clean as the food was delicious. Staff was very attentive to guests.

We (a group of 4) spent 4 wonderful nights at PrideInn Mara Camp and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly, attentive staff who briefed us on the facilities and services. Special thanks to Millie, who looked after our group in the restaurant each day. She always made sure our table was ready and that anything went smooth with meals. It was a pleasure to see her everyday :) I am especially grateful to Chef Smith, who took the time to show me what was on the menu everyday to ensure it met my dietary needs. He was approachable and happy to make adjustments as needed. The food was excellent, and the Indian corner in particular was absolutely delicious every day!! We spent full days out in the park and took the packed lunches, which were convenient but definitely not on the same level as the meals served at camp. That said, it didn’t bother us soo much, as we preferred to be out exploring. But there’s definitely room for improvement there! We also want to thank David, the head of security, who took the time to answer all our questions and even showed my husband around the property so he could photograph birds. I’ll definitely recommend the PrideInn Mara Camp to friends and family. It was the perfect base for our safari adventure, and we’d absolutely love to return someday :)
