I love this location. Staffs are very good. That suites the price I paid to stay. There are many kinds of breakfast. Good tested coffee.
But…one thing is not good that lobby staff told me that my room finished but when I went to the room is not finished yet. I was waiting for the room until 15:30 at restaurants. I don’t know what’s happened…, but a drive staff helped to change the room and try to service mind.

If you come to Phang Nga Bay, you must stay at this hotel. It is so beautiful. The sky bridge is a beautiful sight no matter how you take a picture of it!

My wife and I stayed for 1 night to see the sunrise. The hotel is great, amazing views. There is a swimming pool with a view and a delicious restaurant at the top. We definitely recommend it. The glass bridge belongs to the hotel and is freely accessible to residents. There is a supermarket near the hotel. Also, another higher observation deck is a 10-minute walk away.

Great location. Amazing view. New clean spacious room. Great pool. Great food in the restaurant for a reasonable price.
The staff hardly speaks English. They constantly mix things up and forget things. These things need to be improved urgently.

Excellent hotel, if you are staying for one night (to see the sunrise).
Apart from the beautiful view, there is no entertainment in the hotel, the nearest ones are a bit of a drive away, and grab and bolt are not working in this area at the beginning of 2025.
The food in the restaurant is delicious, the rooms are clean and tidy, there were no problems with insects in the bungalow.
Additional points - there is a mosque with a loud speaker nearby, so you will definitely not miss the sunrise :)
