The pool villa is fantastic. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Location wise it's great, right on beach and short walk to a lot shops and restaurants.

From what he moment we arrived we were welcomed by Staff our luggage was taken care of and escorted to our beautiful Deluxe Lanai Jet tub Room. Decorated for us seeing we are celebrating 49 years together. Dinner was as perfect the staff members so very attentive and helpful a good menu with plenty to choose from. The meal tasted delicious. A Lovely swimming Pool overlooking the ocean. Perfectly manicured gardens. Breakfast was great everything you could wish for. We give it 5stars. Close to shops, restaurants and massages if you don’t use the Hotels spa which is perfect too.

To be honest this is probably one of the best holidays we've been on, and we have been on a lot... It's in a great location on the beach near the tsunami museam. We booked it through Luxury Escapes as there were quite a few good inclusions in the package. The staff were amazingly helpful in every way possible. Nothing was too much trouble for any of them. We had a couples spa day. 4.5 hrs for my Partners birthday. They really made it a special experience for us both. Food: Menu was comprehensive and food was amazing and fresh. Special thanks goes to 'Pu' our room cleaner for keeping our room amazingly clean. and for decorating the bed on Brian's birthday. And to: 'Ticktok' and the whole spa team. You were amazing. Not forgetting the restaurant staff: Who were all extremely professional and helpful. Oh..and you Peter Zimmermann (General Manager) you run a good hotel there. Congrats for employing great staff. Ramada Resort is in a great location, close to everything you would need, shops, pharmacy, doctor, restaurants galore, and plenty of opportunity to do some shopping. It is a 200B taxi ride to Khao Lake central, and within walking distance to Biang Diang market place. The resort fronts a nice stretch of beach, with comfortable rooms and good layout. The free flow drinks work well and meals are tasty. Rooms are very clean and all staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. It is one of the only resorts where the manager mixes with the people to ensure all is well. Great job Peter! Go and enjoy your holiday in a relaxing and comfortable venue.

Bei unserer Thailandreise machten wir 3 Nächte einen Stopp in diesem kleinen Resort direkt am Meer mit ausgezeichneter Lage. Unsere Delux Villa mit Blick aufs Meer war groß und wunderschön mit einer Terasse. Das große Bett war sehr gemütlich und der Ausblick davon war super. Das ganze Personal ist super freundlich und die zentrale Lage von Pool mit Poolbar, Liegen, Meer und Bar ist einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und sehr umfangreich. Weiters ist man unmittelbar bei Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das macht den Aufenthalt perfekt. Visa Vis ist etwas kleine geführtes Thai Restaurant Gießen the Five, welches ausgezeichnetes Essen zu fairen Preisen hat. Das Ramada Resort ist auf jeden Fall eine Reise Wert!
