The hotel is well located, the room is very clean and has a great fragrance. The room cleaner Boom and the security guy(Tu) are very helpful and have a very good service mind. The breakfast is not too many options for vegetarian food.

I don't understand why the hotel has only 4 stars, it has absolutely all the amenities that are provided in 5 stars. the rooms on the mountain are very well located - you only need to walk a couple of minutes and you will already be on the beach and at the restaurant. the main street with cafes and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk away. the beach at the hotel is in the shade, for sunbathing you need to go to the sun beds by the pool. the only thing that bothered me was the ants (I was tired of constant tickling in the restaurant and on the beach..They don't bite, but they're pretty nerve-wracking.

Had bugs in the bathroom but informed staff and they sorted straight away. But had cockroach in the bedroom a couple of the mornings we were there for. Spacious and luxurious stay.

Если вы хотите хорошо отдохнуть,то этот отель не для вас,русских не уважают, заранее дают самый плохой номер с улыбкой и говорят это лучшее,что мы можем предложить,еда полусырая, некачественно приготовлена,отель требует ремонта,но новые хозяева решили отжать его по полной,так что поищите рядом другие отели .!

В целом отель понравился. Много зелени, пляж живописный, хотя не слишком купабельный -много камней. Мы ходили в сторону другого отеля, влево метров 200.Номер хороший, только кондиционер неудачно висит, - дует на кровать.

По мне отель 5 звезд, не меньше. Бассейны чистейшие. Завтраки вкуснейшие. Очень тихо на территории, ухожено. Виды впечатляют. Вараны на территории. Персонал очень услужливый, добрый. Девушка, которая оформляла заселение вне всяких похвал, первый раз такую встретили)) передаем ей огромный привет и слова благодарности. Дали намного лучше номер, чем бронировали без доплат. Очень жаль, что малопожили в этом прекрасном месте
