We booked this hotel for three nights, the "Villa with Pool View" room. Upon check-in, we upgraded to an ocean wing, which is closer to the beach.
What I liked:
- location
- excellent breakfast, enough of everything
- quite a nice spacious villa with wooden furniture, normal internet, two showers (one of them outside) and a bath
- shower area is separated by a wardrobe, and not right in front of the windows - you can calmly change after a shower
- air conditioning worked well
- beautiful area, you can see that they clean
- enough sun loungers
- good TV, there is YouTube, you can connect HDMI
- great beach in front of the lighthouse
What I didn't like:
- lots of mosquitoes, had to ask several times to bring a fumigator
- service: took a long time to respond to a request for a fumigator, did not help with luggage upon checkout and did not really say goodbye
- no foot wash near the porch, you have to stomp to the shower with dirty feet
- no toothbrushes (further in the hotel rules it is written that toothbrushes are provided upon request, selling "under the sauce" of care about ecology.)
Would we come back here again?
Probably yes, you just need to take mosquito repellent and toothbrushes with you :)

Excellent location of the hotel. Gorgeous wide beach. Excellent entrance to the sea. You can both ride a board and bathe small children.
Breakfasts are average, the range of dishes and products is not large. The food on the menu is very tasty, but much more expensive than if you go 300 meters from the hotel.
The service cannot be compared with Phuket and Samui, here the staff is not yet otters and is still completely relaxed)
There is a feeling that we returned to old Thailand 7-8 years ago and this has its advantages)

A beautiful and large complex that is a bit old. The room was very spacious and well equipped but quite outdated. Anything that didn't work was repaired quickly and without any problems. The breakfast buffet was good. The location right on the beach and close to the main road was an advantage.

The hotel is of course very "tired", you can feel the former grandeur.
Pros:
- excellent breakfasts;
- good cleaning in the rooms
- the staff are great, very responsive and positive;
Cons:
- they charged an extra fee upon check-in for a 5-year-old child, 300 baht per day;
- the room smelled very strongly of dampness;
- a lot of mosquitoes, although we saw how the hotel staff carried out mosquito control.
