先説結論:不推薦。 理由如下: 1. 酒店位置及周邊: 位於布吉北部,離機場100公里,開車要1.5小時。單程打車費用1800豬(人民幣400多點)。 來回就將近1000塊人民幣。即便我這次是專門想找個清靜不受打擾的地方,也還是覺得太遠了點,加之考慮到路上花費的時間以及費用,性價比不高。周邊完全無任何商業,屬於 in the middle of nowhere. 離最近的一個村子(就是有幾間小鋪子的那種) 開車要15分鐘。 到Khao Lak鎮, 開車約40分鐘(酒店有提供到Khao Lak鎮的班車, 好像一天2趟)。 基本上就全部衹能呆在酒店。 據説酒店有自行車租借,35度的高温要騎一個多小時 還是機動車道, 我想還是算了吧 2. 房間: 房間面積夠, 最小的也有50平。套房都是100平,還有帶上下鋪的家庭套房,適合有小孩的家庭。室內符合萬豪的一貫標準。我不喜歡的是,樓層和房間的設計是封閉式的。出了電梯,走道兩側,一側是客房,另一側是服務間或應急通道出口平時都關着的。整個通道就很暗,加上現在是淡季,住客少,晚上我回房間的時候,雖然走道有燈,但整個樓都沒人, 然後我房間還要拐2個彎才到,還是有點怕怕。 一般的海邊resort, 走道都是開放式的 衹有一側有房間。這種到是少見。 3. 吃: 早餐很讓人失望。海島酒店居然0海鮮 也是挺意外的,連最最基本的白灼蝦, 或貝類,完全沒有。後面我才反應過來: 管理層是阿**,早餐餐廳的主廚也是**,難怪餐廳至少1/3的食物是**類的各種糊糊,連有一次寫着”Chinese Fried Chicken”也是雞肉泡在糊糊裏。還有一天有個“Chinese Sausage salad 中式香腸沙拉”......出品質量和口味 都很一般 關鍵是選擇不多。晚餐也在這個餐廳吃了三次, 一次龍蝦(1500豬),一次炒飯+冬陰功(750豬), 一次自助餐(900豬)。這個晚餐自助餐, 還不是每天有,是當天有個**團入住,特意安排的**風味的自助餐, 我吃了也是後悔 ... ...去打聽了一下,**團入住三天,所以接下去三天有晚餐自助,**團走了就沒有了。這是一個**friendly的酒店,國人還是算了吧。 海邊有個意大利餐廳,看着不錯 但錯失了機會去嘗試(後面寫原因) 4. 酒店設施: 三個泳池, 靠沙灘的是“主泳池”,還有“小孩泳池”和“安靜泳池”。主泳池有很好的景色,在沙灘上看落日很贊,但泳池水很渾 第一天去了以為是有什麼特殊狀況,第二天不死心又去, 居然還是很渾 真的無語。“安靜泳池”的水好很多 但真的説不上特別乾淨。酒店每天有安排活動,瑜伽,畫畫之類。大部分是小孩子的活動。做了酒店的spa,淡季折扣價,90分鐘1900豬,無功無過。 5. 服務:所有人都態度很好,熱情積極主動,除了最後一天的不愉快經歷: 我萬豪鉑金,回程航班是半夜11點的,選萬豪系就是要延遲退房(而且入住時已經明確説明要4點退房)。最後一天中午12:40左右,去前台溝通退房以及訂去機場的車,居然現場臨時通知我不能延遲退房。要求“儘快回房間收拾行李退房”。説是“當天有100多間的預訂”。 ***?!?! 先不説突然之間會有100多間預訂的可能性(畢竟我住的四天裏,酒店的大部分房間都是無人的, 而且當時我查了booking, ctrip,以及Bonvoy的官網,上面當天明明有房), 酒店為什麼不提早通知我不能延遲退房,我問“你們為什麼沒有提前通知我“, 回答”我們會安排人員電話你“ ”現在已經快1點了 並沒有任何人聯繫過我?” “哦 我們的員工都很忙” again ***?!?! 原本我當天安排的好好的:4點退房,4點預訂了酒店的spa, 結束後去那個海邊的意大利餐廳晚飯, 然後去機場。這下徹底壞了心情,不打算繼續糾纏,我去Bonvoy投訴。立馬取消了spa和餐廳的預訂。也好 省了我5000豬。

We stayed at this hotel in June 2025. Despite the fact that it rained almost all three days, it did not spoil our holiday at all!
