周圍環境很舒服與大自然相當親近，民宿老伯伯非常非常親切，提供手稿介紹周邊遊玩地方與餐廳，並在晚間時透過天文臺介紹星空與月球，非常特別體驗且愉快，溝通雖然不太順暢，老伯伯仍透過翻譯系統向我們說明。 美中不足是，居住的房間在抵達時才告知外邊整修中，但仍請我們入住，退房時間早上10點但8點就開始施工，導致無法好好休息。

The boss and his wife are very nice and hospitable. They also introduced nearby restaurants when checking in. If you don't have dinner reservations, don't worry about going there for dinner. There are also stargazing activities at night. The equipment used for stargazing is a professional telescope. It is a very memorable event, which is why the location is a bit remote. Unfortunately, there were heavy clouds that night. Unable to stargaze. The hotel also has hot spring facilities. The venue is booked in time periods. The breakfast is also very rich. The hotel's interior facilities are European style. Gives people a comfortable feeling. Very promotional!

We were particularly impressed that it remained warm enough despite the cold season. Furthermore, we had a wonderful time stargazing, beyond our imagination. Being able to stargaze was an unexpected surprise during this trip, and both my mother and I were very surprised and delighted. The receptionist was so enthusiastic. He also introduced nearby attractions and places to eat, as well as a detailed handmade simple map drawn by himself. It was very considerate and a very happy stay.

I originally booked this hotel for the convenience of going to Mount Aso, but I didn't realize that the volcano had been closed for some time. This hotel is located in a far outskirts, but the facilities are very good and the environment is beautiful. When we arrived, the owner was very enthusiastic and explained. We didn't understand Japanese, so he translated to us on the phone. The hot spring is in another room, and there were not many guests that night. Our family could enjoy one hot spring room, and everyone was very satisfied. The room is large, with one bed per person and complete facilities. The breakfast the next day was Western-style and very rich. The bakery owner who couldn't finish it packed it for us and took it away. No food was wasted. Very good service.  There is also an astronomical telescope on the grassland. Unfortunately, it was very cloudy that night, so there was no chance to see the stars. No wonder the hotel has "Galaxy" as its name. I think you can see the Milky Way in the sky when the weather is good. I hope to have the opportunity to come back next time. Fortunately, Mount Aso suddenly opened again after checking out, and we actually saw the volcano!
