A good hotel, the room is spacious, instead of the usual robes-pajamas (like in business hotels) they give you beautiful yukatas. The location is convenient, yes, you need to walk to the station, but in general you can easily walk to everything that is within walking distance (for the rest you still need a bus/car)
There are not many places to eat in the town, so a konbini in the same building as the hotel can help out

FamilyMart easy to access from hotel lift. Not very updated room, but it fits the bill. Sufficient free car park even when check-in at 8pm on a weekday.
