房東人很好，介紹泰州本地特色飯店給我們，都很好吃，房間乾淨，房間細節周到，閨蜜都很滿意，民宿地理位置好，出門就是鳳城河風光帶，夜遊太美了，河對岸有京腔京韻伴着夜遊的畫舫，美不勝收。

住民宿就像開盲盒，照片看着都不錯，不到入住那一刻永遠不知道實際是啥樣，有的是驚喜，有的是驚嚇。😜！這套民宿顯然就是超級驚喜啦！！首先是裝修，不但風格超級惹人喜歡，而且用料高級環保，看得出來房東是個對生活品質有點小追求的人！再有就是讓人賞心悦目的乾淨，進屋就有一種淡淡的香味，整個房子沒有一絲異味，舒適感拉滿！！還有生活用品也真的是齊全，一次性毛巾浴巾、防直吹、純凈水……最貼心的店家還給準備了一眾貼心物件，服務也真的是細緻入微了！住這裏蠻方便，出門就有購物中心，下樓就是鳳城河入住第一時間就帶家人去金鷹買了些防曬等個人用品，吃的方面全程經店家推薦豐德園吃的早茶，超級棒的酸菜魚、宮保雞丁、荔浦芋頭等等的吃很過癮，超級無敵贊！！！🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

小區有些老舊，但是周圍環境非常無敵，裏面更是驚艷，特別乾淨精緻，老媽都不想走了。主理人很熱心，考慮周到。

安靜，出行方便，車子停樓下路邊即可，下樓就可以看河景，走幾分鐘就有羅森便利店，下次有機會來還會選擇這裏

房間非常温馨衞生。水，一次性澡巾，拖鞋，非常齊備，洗髮水，洗面奶非常齊備，雖是四摟，上樓也不累。地段方便，去老街，喬園都挺方便，吃飯鳳陽樓，會賓樓也很近，老闆人很好，我們下午車，他主動免費延長時間，非常好。

地理位置特別棒，出門逛景點吃早茶，基本上打車十分鐘就到了，房子裏面設施一應俱全，連葯箱都很貼心的準備好了，靠着河邊晚上出來散步看看夜景，吹吹小風，樓下就是羅森便利還有一家超美的咖啡店！

長者去泰州旅遊，老闆很熱情很周到，每天的行程去哪裡遊玩怎麼去在哪吃飯這些細節都提前告訴長者，讓四老玩的很是開心，住的地方在東城河邊，河對面就是個公園，太適合休閑度假了！
