靠近小區門口，但是不吵雜！賓館有自己的停車場，也是在小區的地下室，負一層。已經掛了“酒店專用停車位”，非常好找！因為起的早，所以沒有訂早餐。房間新，乾濕分離，衞生做的非常到位，周圍也有超市和飯店，樓下就有一家火鍋店。

在這家酒店體驗特別差！
1、下午快2點入住，明確要求不要首尾房，酒店還是給了間尾房，而且給的4樓的尾房。要求酒店給其他樓層的中間客房，前台辯稱：“這個房型衹有首尾房，目前其他樓層沒有房間！”
2、晚上9點58分致電前台，要求送2條毛巾2條浴巾，前台表示送不了，客房10點就下班了，過來需要30分鐘。按照前台的説法，客房晚上10點下班，客房工作人員住處距離酒店30分鐘，那麼客房最遲在晚上9點30就下班了。到底是客房工作人員提前下班？還是酒店前台在撒謊？由此可見，該酒店內部管理混亂，沒有連鎖酒店的管理體系和管理流程。
且前台回覆我：“我們酒店從來都沒有遇到客人在晚上提出過要毛巾和浴巾的！”前台態度極其惡劣。真的是活久見，第一次遇到夜裡要浴巾卻被前台拒絕的酒店。
3、停車位幾乎沒有。
地下停車場每次進入，都要打電話給前台，喊前台出來抬桿，對於需要多次進出的客人來説，非常麻煩，體驗感特別差。且酒店地下停車位較少，幾乎都被停滿了，根本找不到車位。酒店門口馬路上是政府劃的停車位，也停滿了。這家酒店停車非常困難。
建議開車過來的人，不要選擇這家酒店！！！
4、電視上鎖，需要酒店在後台解碼。
房間電視打開會有鎖，想要看電視，必須要打電話給酒店前台，在得到前台授權解碼後，你才能看電視。這個操作真的奇葩，第一次碰到看電視還需要跟酒店報備申請的！且投屏一直無法使用，很差勁！
5、酒店衹有1部電梯，且電梯轎廂狹小，很擠，很窒息。
6、客房電話是壞的，機器人送物品到房間，房間座機打不通，又下去了。早就跟酒店反映房間座機壞了，酒店前台還是用機器人給我送物品，真的無語了。後來送了好幾次，物品才送到房間來。
7、房間面盆水龍頭、淋浴水龍頭，冷熱水接反了。
在中國，都是左邊是熱水，右邊是冷水。這家酒店的水龍頭也是左熱右冷。洗澡的時候我放了5分鐘，不見出熱水，打電話給前台，前台答覆：裝修的時候把冷熱水接反了，左邊冷水右邊熱水，換個方向打開水龍頭就有熱水了。
這種最基本的、且不符合中國人使用習慣的低級錯誤，在裝修的時候都能犯，可見酒店管理水平有多低！既然酒店工作人員知道客房冷熱水接反了，為什麼不在客人入住的時候，多提醒一下客人？
8、房間牆面很多血漬，很臟。
9、酒店空調出風口，直接對着人臉吹，吹得人很難受，空調出風口位置極不合理！
這家酒店各方面的整體水平需要好好提升下了！
