The location is great, very convenient. The subway is just outside the main door of the hotel. The room service is OK, they only provide shower gel, no shampoo. Overall, we have good experience.

right in the town center of this lively city, at s busy but quiet road intersection, walking distance from subway and not far from all cultural places, and pedestrian shopping streets. I have never been in Taiyuan before but was pleasantly surprised at the level of professionalism and customer service of this well established hotel. it's not new but has a well styled ambience.

Good hotel. Bed was not comfortable. Boxspring matter was thin with springs rubbing against my back. Did not sleep well. Breakfast was excellent.

I was upgraded to a suite for free when I arrived at the store. The front desk service was proactive and enthusiastic. The room was covered with thick carpets. It was very comfortable and quiet to walk on. There was no noise. Although the various facilities in the room looked dated, at first glance It was a high-quality product back in the day, long-lasting and durable. The network signal is also very smooth. A very good stay experience. The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient when going out to eat, whether it is to the train station or the airport.

I stayed in Xi'an the day before. The price was the same and the star rating was the same, but the service and hardware facilities of the hotel in Xi'an were much better than this one. I arrived at the hotel at around eleven o'clock in the evening. There were no lights outside the hotel. The taxi driver joked that the hotel was open. When I left early in the morning, I told the hotel front desk staff that I wanted to check out at two o'clock, and he agreed. But when I arrived at the hotel room at 1:15, I could no longer swipe my card, so I had to go downstairs again. Then I looked at the three missed hotel calls on my phone and asked if I would like to renew my stay. There was no clear handover at the hotel. I was tired from going out early in the morning. I was supposed to rest for half an hour at noon in the hotel. I felt that both the hardware and software services were so poor. I was in a bad mood and couldn't sleep. I had breakfast and lunch at the Yizhou Hotel next door, and the service there was much better than this hotel.

The indoor air is not good, but everything else is okay and the service is pretty good.

I used this hotel on my trip to Shanxi Province, just like last year. It's conveniently located near Taiyuan Station and right in front of Wuyi Square. The rooms are clean and nice. I checked in late, but the hotel was very accommodating to me, a foreigner.
