An old but famous & popular hotel with lots of hot springs for visitors to enjoy & rejuvenate their body，mind & soul.I like the three hot springs pools & also the one in the room.Food is sumptuous & delicious with great varieties.A memorabl & enjoyable stay!Will come back again!

Excellent as always

When traveling to Taitung, Zhiben Hotel has always been my first choice. It is not as unattainable as other hotels I like. It is more like an old friend I visit 2 to 3 times a year. It has five-star service staff and equipment that is a bit old but well-maintained. Although some infrastructure is missing due to the typhoon last year, there was no regret during the prior communication process. Enjoying the arrangement of one night and two meals here during this long holiday is still a good memory.

The outdoor swimming pool is under maintenance. The public nude hot spring on the second floor is very good, very clean and the water quality is very good. The room was clean but dated. There are not many types of breakfast, and the taste is average. Called room service. The fried chicken was average. Before we checked out, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door and tried to get in by using our card, saying that they thought no one was in the room. Fortunately, we had a deadbolt (a hidden lock) so they couldn't open the door.

Last year, due to the typhoon, the outdoor facilities are still under renovation. The hotel also arranged many activities, so they were very fulfilling and fun. The hot spring on the second floor was also very refreshing. The meal this time felt better than before. If I have time next time, I will choose to come to the hotel for vacation again.

Very comfortable environment, one night and two meals make the family feel very comfortable, the hot spring public pool and room pool are perfect, the only thing is that the dinner time is limited. Booking through trip is very affordable, highly recommended!

The room is quite clean, but it's just next to the elevator. The soundproofing is a bit poor for those who care about sleep quality, but the mattress and pillows are very comfortable. There are a variety of dining options for dinner and breakfast, the dishes are fresh, and the service staff are very friendly. If I have a chance next time, I will want to come here again.

The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are quite old. It is located in the mountains, and it is difficult to find food nearby. It takes about 30 minutes to drive down the mountain, so my friend had dinner directly in the hotel.
