Convenient location for travel and shopping. comfortable bed, sleep well. Good service.

Awesome stay, services are fast and friendly and the breakfast options were spectacular! Definitely a place to visit again!

Great location and and service. Decent room size and clean. The only improvement is that I asked for humidifier for the room but instead being provided with diffuser. Maybe hotel should look in providing them as most hotels do provide that.

Very nice location which nears the MRT station, only takes 3 mins walking, also comes with multiples location restaurants around, and big shopping centre as well.  All staffs being friendly and helpful, which makes our stay much nicer. Thank you Double Tree.

Good location and the room is spacious, the breakfast is not buffet style, overall i think the room charge is a bit over price. either then that I have no complaints .

Room was amazing - huge and clean! Enjoyed the space, the automatic toilets with bidet, shower gels from Crabtree, ample towels, weighing machine, table, chair and sofa. Rooms are not really sound proof though, could hear sounds from other rooms but still tolerable. Service - front desk was super helpful, friendly, joyful. Truly felt that their service was sincere and excellent!! They gave good recommendations for breakfast, helped me call to check restaurants if they had the food I was looking for, helped me with airport transfer booking. Service at the breakfast area was great too! Breakfast - very Instagram worthy!!! Enjoyed the choices of drinks, mains were decent, the breads were really yummy. Looked forward to breakfast daily Gym - was equipped with water and towels and even a bathroom. Very impressed. The only downside is the location. It’s pretty near Zhongshan area but walking in the summer heat to the train station is no joke. Not a lot of yummy food around. But Uber is relatively affordable so if you’re ok with ubering around or walking slightly to the train station then it’s quite perfect.

Dear Doubletree by Hilton Taipei, I would like to offer my compliments to your dedicated team for our very enjoyable stay in your hotel from 3-7 June 2024. We stayed in rooms 1203 and 1205 and the reservation was made under Ms Erica Tan. I had stayed in some 5 star hotels such as Shang Ri La Singapore, Westin Singapore, Ritz Carlton Singapore, Kempinski Xiamen to name a few but my stay in Doubletree by Hilton Taipei was one of the most comfortable and pleasant. The check in by the warm and friendly reception staff was efficient and smooth. When my daughter accidentally dropped one of the delicious welcome Hilton cookies on the floor, the reception staff quickly replaced it with a warm smile. When my daughter teared after knowing that there isn’t a swimming pool in the premise, your reception staff, Tina, immediately walked up to us with a map and suggested that we can go to a nearby swimming pool facilities. Tina also gave us some excellent food suggestions. We had a very satisfying and affordable meal at the Michelin recommended Ji Jia Zhuan ( 鸡家庄）, thanks to her recommendation :) Whenever we return to the hotel from a day of sightseeing, the reception team on duty never failed to greet us in a warm and friendly manner. We felt genuinely welcomed:) The modern Japandi style rooms and bathrooms are kept in an excellent condition and feel brand new. We especially like how bright, airy and spacious the rooms are. Kudos to the housekeepers ( Ms Cai Xiu Hui 蔡秀慧阿姨) on level 12 who kept our rooms 1203 and 1205 so clean and comfortable. They always chat amicably with us and confirmed with us if we need any housekeeping service. The TV entertainment system with its 47 channels ( including TLC, Discovery) , Netflix, YouTube and IQiYi really impressed us. The semi buffet style daily breakfast sets ( Chinese, Japanese and Western) are healthy and delish and we really looked forward to breakfast every morning. We hope that Chinese baos （包子）and dim sum pastry such as you tiao ( 油条、蛋饼）can also be offered in future when we next pay a visit to your hotel :) We would also like to thank your reception staff and housekeepers who helped my mom who stayed in room 1205 on 6 June when the toilet encountered some flushing issues. My mom had approached the reception staff at around 4 pm on 6 June and the very helpful male reception staff accompanied her to her room and helped remediate the problem along with the housekeeper. She was very impressed by how efficient and friendly your staff were. All in all, your team has done a great job in our stay. Their service attitude are genuine and warm :) My daughter enjoyed her stay so much that she kept remarking she would like to extend our stay to 2 more weeks:) We hope you will pass on the compliments to your team and the staff we named, as a gesture of our appreciation.

DoubleTree by Hilton Taipei Zhongshan offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean, modern, and well-appointed, with a cozy bed and good amenities. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel’s location is convenient, close to transportation and attractions. The breakfast is tasty with a good variety. A few updates could enhance the experience, but overall, it’s a solid choice for a pleasant stay in Taipei.

We definitely enjoyed our stay!! Room is clean, enough space, bedding is comfortable and pillow & comforter as well. PS. Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel are excellent. Will come back next time for sure.

The location is good and amenities felt new. Though there is not much of view looking out the window from room.

Great service, clean and modern facility. Big thumbs up to the gentlemen at the front desk who checked us in and showed us all the options around the hotel. We arrived on the day when Typhoon Gaemi passed through Taipei, despite most shops are shut, we ended up having some nice traditional food close to the hotel. The gentlemen who checked us in called around local restaurants and made sure we won’t be turning up to a closed shop. Highly recommended.
