Its good. No bidet in the room but the rest is ok. Breakfast is good and very safe and convenient location.

Good location which at ximending mrt station. Convenient to take public transport to any location.

The room big enough for 2 large luggage. location near to ximen shopping district area and MRT. While bath, water seeped through the gap under the door causing living room all wet and difficut to walk around that area. refer to photos) Need house keeping everyday to ensure it clean or wipe away daily. Need to watch out the there are power oultet near the basin (refer to photos), better dont use that power outlet if not sure there are water spilled.

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of its prime location, beautiful historic ambiance, and excellent customer service make it a true gem in the city

Got the room on level 15. Great view where I can see CKS memorial hall. Staff were very helpful. But the AC stays at 27 for both nights. Probably because it is located at prime area with high occupancy rate. Shower door does not close properly. Needs abit of tender loving care. I am staying at Kaoshiung hotel Midtown Richardson as well and it is way better.

Location was good because it's very near at ximen exit 5. Also room was clean. And staff was very accommodating and nice. Will definitely book this hotel again next time and will recommend it to my friends and family.

Very closed to public transport. Subway and bus station is just 3-4 mins away. Very close to Ximen market (across the street). Staffs are nice. Luggage storage place is big enough. Breakfast choice is not huge but good enough. Resonable price

The hotel is quite old n there are limited amenities and they charge for extra pillows and towels. Breakfast spread was ok. Bed was big for double bed room. Nice computer area at reception. Check in was fast with the self counter. Only 2 bottled water at check in but there is a self refillable machine near the lift lobby. However the location was convenient at Ximending area next to the train station.

This is my favourite hotel in Taipei as it is located at the best location ever!! Service was good, room is clean. It is good to move around Taipei from this hotel. Strongly recommended.

The hotel quite big and very crowded waiting lift will take a while .. the room quite small for the room type . the toilet water easy flow to the walkway .. Is the location that easy access as near the train station.
