We booked a family room for the trip. The breakfast was sufficient though variety of options could be more especially for the western side of things. Generally happy with our stay. The housekeeping lady was very friendly and polite. She greeted us each time she sees us!

Hotel is conveniently located a short walk away from the train stations. There are also several food stalls and convenience shops nearby. Spotted several small cockroaches in my room and at the hotel lobby waiting area. Room soundproofing did not work well and I could hear neighbouring units’ doors slamming and people talking at the corridor.

The location was wonderful. The guest room was quite clean. The service was not very good. The hotel restaurant was cheap.

We check in late but everything was smooth, just next to Michelin star vegetarian dining restaurant

Just a 5min walk away from Shandao MRT, this hotel is located along a quiet road but still pretty convenient and near the bustling Taipei Main Station. Plenty of food options nearby, especially the ever popular Fuhang Soy Milk, and the breakfast is pretty bare but serves its purpose. As for the rooms, we loved the spaciousness and utility of it, especially the raised countertop where you could place your suitcase at waist height and the hanger rack just above. Very convenient! And while the bathroom looked a little dated, we were satisfied with it. We also appreciated the laundry room in the hotel, though everything (incl washing powder) is chargeable. Overall, with this room size and its proximity to Taipei Main Station, I would say this hotel is pretty value for money! Really recommend.

While not the modern decor and furnishing, the room was big, clean and comfortable. 5 min walk to nearest Metro station. Fuhang soy milk is nearby.

Pretty old hotel, wifi is super slow (2.4GHz) so I rated low for amenities, also lobby area not auto connect wifi, breakfast choice is very limited, cleanliness is not so good, price is very high on Nov end. Service is just average. Only good things is hotel location is convenient.

This hotel is a hidden gem, with great location just near the MRT but in a quite neighbourhood nearby a trendy area. Rooms are comfy, and there are laundry machines and water coolers for the guests, as well as great shower and bathroom in the room. However, when we arrived there was hair in the bathroom, as well as on the bed. We've asked to change the bedding, and they've done it quickly while we were still in the room, which was great, but we still found hairs on the new beddings, so maybe they should check their laundry machine filters. Breakfast was OK minus, and without too many vegeterian options, and a bit too local. But overall this hotel is a good option with great amenities all around.

They could do better breakfast. .bed not really comfi ,pillow too soft. No view outside hahaha

Room was spacious. Location is good. Very strict on check out time (got a call at 11:02 that I need to check out and that I was late, because I didn’t check out at 11am). The bathroom does it look modern (old fashioned). There was free water in the room.

Love the hotel in general. I stayed there for a whole week. I only requested room cleaning every 3 days. However, they only made my bed and changed the towels. They didn't even clean the toilet or the toilet seat.

I don’t recommend staying here. It’s quite expensive for the service and amenities you get.

clean and spacious. easily accessible to food and eateries plus very close to the tube
