Absolutely excellent staff, and a lovely hotel in Beitou. However the rooms are starting to show its age as it opened in 2010 - e.g. I observed some stains on the doors in my room. Conveniently located in the touristy part of Beitou, near the library and steps away from a 7-Eleven if you need anything at night.

Love the onsen. The staffs are very accommodating. Breakfast buffet is superb. Very clean room & the beds are very comfy.

Very beautifully designed Japanese themed hotel. Very good hot spring bath facilities. Very good breakfast. Staff good service and friendly. Highly recommended.

It is near to MRT. Overall the hotel hardware is good, but In room onsen is a bit small. Counter staff has no smile and is not very helpful, other staff is friendly but in general very hard sell. Breakfast is just so so. I saw comments saying dinner is a must try item. Dinner tastes ok but is not value for money.

No words can help me to describe this incredible hotel. It’s the best hotel in the area, the breakfast and dinner is a must try. 

The hotel is rather old and not good for value. The room was also smelly

The service is impeccable and you will feel like you’re in Japan

hotel food for breakfast is typical japanese style and the option is sufficient for small eater like me. Services from the butler is perfect and personalised. Facilities like Onsen bath and SPA and restaurants are also excellent (but come with a premium price though)

Best hot spring hotel in town. But restaurants was fully booked for dinner which was disappointing. They gave out too many seats to outside reservations

The hotel is lovely but if you want to eat at the restaurant make sure to book in advance. The in room onsen is amazing and so nice!
