Charming City Hotels Group Hotels in Taipei

It`s a nice hotel. Very close to the metro station. The room was clean, the people were quite ok. Breakfast its ordered from somewhere else, so you will get a small package in the mornings. Not my favorite thing, but they offer free coffee, tea and some snacks in the lobby. They also have a microwave there.

A very comfortable and convenient hotel. The staff is very friendly. I think it's a gem among hotels. It has a great atmosphere, a large lobby, and space to chat with people. We felt like we were back 50 years ago, but in a positive way. The breakfast was very good, and the short walk to a nearby restaurant wasn't a problem. I recommend it. If I'm ever in Taipei again, I'll definitely be back.

Stayed just one night in twin rm with a window. The hotel is refurbished, 7 min walk from/to the train station (brown line and green line) 2 train stops from the airport,TSA, Taipei Songshan Airport, mostly domestic flights. Staff are very welcome and friendly 👍 The hotel doesn't have restaurant on site, breakfast is a burger (it's good). Coffee, tea, self service 👌.

Good business hotel but no amenities is a down side. Laundry service is there but you have to pick up the laundry bag yourself at lobby. Also they dont bring them to you after they’re done, you have to pick them up at lobby.

The facilities in the room were quite dated. A major issue was the lack of a power outlet in the bathroom, which left me unable to straighten my hair while looking in the mirror. Furthermore, there were no power outlets near the bedside tables either, so I had to rely on a power bank to charge my phone overnight, which was very inconvenient. Otherwise, everything else was quite good. I'd recommend staying on a weekday, as the prices are significantly cheaper than on weekends.

Location was great but little that I expected that the cleanliness was… eg dust can be seen literally on the surface of kettle, table and tv screen… overall facilities are old rusty. Bed was okay but didn’t have a good sleep in general

Very nice and clean hotel, the service is amazing, very friendly, has hot water, wifi and air conditioning and the bed is very comfortable. Also the location is super convenient. 100% recommended

Ordinary clean room, close to the airport, there is also a parking lot nearby, Chen Yaoxun bread is behind, about 10 minutes from the MRT station, quite convenient place!
