Forward Hotel Group Taipei Properties in Taipei

The hotel is decent and reasonably clean. It offers good value for money, and overall, it meets the standards expected for a hotel of this star rating and price point. The location is also good, making it convenient to access various parts of the city. It's just a short walk from Nanjing Fuxing MRT Station. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Though the variety wasn't extensive, every single item tasted great. Facilities: All basic amenities are available. However, the electric kettle was plastic, which I found a bit odd. I did a quick search and it seems this is quite common in Japan.

The location was great, very close to the subway station and with a convenience store right nearby. Also, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and I really enjoyed having some authentic ********* dishes.

The front couinter staff were lovely and helpful. However, there was debreis from a previous guest left on the floor - poor housekeeping. Also, the walls were poorly insulated, so we heard the going ons in the room next to us, past midnighrt.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. While the decor might not be brand new, it's clearly well-maintained, clean, and in good order. My room was on a low floor. The suite itself was a practical size, featuring a small desk, a luggage rack, and sufficient closet space. After checking out, I realized I had accidentally left an important item behind in the room. The front desk team was incredibly patient and helpful; they located the item and promptly arranged for it to be sent back to me. I am extremely grateful for their excellent service.
