Nice modern hotel / hostel in the city with nice big kitchen and relaxing area (unfortunately on the 3rd floor, without a room key or the help from reception not able to get there). Room was spacious. Toothbrush, laundry etc. need to pay for it. Got a voucher of 50 ********* dollar to spend at the hotel. Very strict with check out time (11am). Got a call at 11:02 that I need to check out. Free water in the room available. Overall happy with the hotel, room and service.

Very straight in check in and check out time. The room is not clean. Dust on closet door. Spider web at wall panel. Air conditioner is very noisy. I signed non smoking policy at check in time. Unfortunately, we were woke up by smoking smell consecutive nights at our stay. I called front desk and did nothing. Breakfast is lousy. It closes at 10am; and most of the dishes are empty. I am so disappointed.

The room is comfortable and quite big. The disadvantage is that the toilet door is pushed outwards and I am not used to it. The lighting is a bit dark. Other places are very good. There are not many choices for breakfast, but the CP value is very high at this price.

The hotel staff's service attitude is very good. Convenient food and 7-11. One night's accommodation was not satisfactory. The room must be soundproofed, as I was woken up by the banging of guests' feet, slamming doors and talking all morning and night.

The room is simple, the breakfast is simple but varied. Parking at the door, Hai'an Road parking is subsidized. It’s just that the customer service told me that there is no parking space at the door, but there is a place on the night of the check-in and the next morning, which is confusing.

Better than expected after reading the reviews, the room is so big! I was also very happy in the children's playground. I played 3 games in total. Later, I simply ordered takeout instead of eating out to let the children play thoroughly! Hope the room rate can be more favorable, then we will book again more frequently!
