The hotel is not far from Chihkan Tower, Yamuliao Market, Confucius Temple, Hayashi Department Store, etc. If you are hungry at night, Cha Mo and Yansu** are both opposite~

The overall feeling is pretty good. The only thing is that the air conditioner cannot control the temperature. If it is too cold, I finally turn off the air conditioner switch. The first time I stayed at Formosa Yacht Hotel, I was amazed by its CP value! When traveling with children, the hotel pays great attention to various details. The environment is clean and comfortable, the bed is big, the room is spacious, there is a bathtub and dressing table, even the bath products are not sloppy, and there are many amusement facilities suitable for children. The children have a lot of fun and the adults are happy too! ! Then the breakfast is varied and delicious! !

Aloft Tainan Anping is the Marriott Group's first hotel in Tainan. Opposite the hotel there is a large green space in Yizai Jincheng Park, and further away is Anping Port. I like the completely unobstructed view. There are many restaurants nearby. It is also very close to Anping attractions such as Anping Old Street, Lin Moniang Park, and Deyang Ship Cultural Park. The decoration is quite fashionable and young, with various geometric shapes and bright colors that are very lively and eye-catching. Marine elements such as sailboat ropes, milkfish, and oil lamps are also added. It is not an exaggeration to say that it is a beautiful hotel on the internet. The attitude of the service staff is also very good, the check-in process is smooth and the treatment is very relaxed and pleasant.

It is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel. The room is very spacious and comfortable. This is the tallest building in town and should be the most luxurious hotel there. It is right next to the Tainan Rail Station and is super convenient. Staff service is great. There aren’t much changes since I last stayed here in 2014. Nonetheless it is a place worth staying in Tainan.

Very pleasant experience staying here for two night. Brand new hotel with clean amenities and welcoming staff. Great variety of breakfast with Taiwan local coffee beans available for choose. It’s gonna be my first choice to stay in Tainan in the future.

Very pleased of my stay. Hotel is located in the center of all the visiting points, 2 minutes to Kouhua street, 2 minutes to Shenonon Street. Retired fried squid. Yum yum.

Pros: - huge selection for breakfast! Many with local flavours. Must experience to believe - hotel comes with outdoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room - centrally located. Nearby attractions include Tainan Art Museum, Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Hayashi Department Store - staff are very polite, proactive and helpful Cons: - no bottled waters provided. Flask provided to get drinking water from water dispensers located on room floor

Guests can borrow many things from the front desk, ranging from a dyson hairdryer, charging cables, a guitar, cajon etc. Quaint design and lovely common space area including a laundromat, kitchen, gym and even an in-house library. Foreign currency exchange available at front desk, or the bank next door. The only tiny issue was the musty smell from the sink, present in both rooms booked. Staff had no issues communicating in English. Overall an excellent choice for a couple days in Tainan!
