酒店真不錯，對面就是五千年文博園的一期景區-一夢千年，過了跨街橋，就是二期景區-十里畫廊，酒店有自己的餐廳，看着挺好的，有早餐，豐富多樣，有停車場，方便免費。是這次出行感覺最好的酒店。

整體來説還可以，就是前台接待與服務還是有點手忙腳亂，細節上把控不足，有待提高與培訓一下。硬件設施不齊全，有的房間沒有加濕器有的房間有，同樣房型配套不一致，這些問題雖然無傷大雅，但是感覺多少有點草台班子的行為，之所以打滿分也是考慮做服務行業不容易，同情分兩分，專業素質和硬件設施兩分，一分是酒店品牌的感染力！

本酒店各個項目都非常的好。衞生間非常乾淨、床品柔軟，可以放心睡眠。酒店環境也很好，大堂有天井，透光很好。酒店服務也很好，送了免費的手磨冰美式一杯。設施也不錯，智能家居，衞生間乾濕分離，且熱水來的很快，也不會特別燙，温度適中。餐廳的飲食很有太湖特色。還有免費的接站送站服務。整個旅程非常舒適。下次來太湖還準備定這家。

環境很好，設施齊全，下了高速就是，地理位置方便。早餐種類很多，房間乾淨整潔，停車免費，前台服務也很好，暑假這個價格真的很良心，每個房間還送一杯咖啡，就是9:16-20:00才能領取，着急走了沒來得及品嚐。留着下次再來～
