We booked for 3 pax and had 2 double beds. Overall, the concierge is very attentive to customer needs. We enjoyed our short stay here as its convenient to amenities and near to 2nd market and night market. Will recommend to family with children. Opposite the hotel, there's a laundry shop.

Great stay. Extended a night because we enjoyed location and Taichung so much. Great location, places to eat and drink, nice size clean room, helpful staff.

Basically at central location, good service especially by lady staff. Cleanness is acceptable but they did not clean well for one day during the stay. They need to keep the quality the same for all staff. You need to put a card on the bed if you need to exchange you linen. The central ward 中區 does not have many restaurants with seats inside, many for to-go or seated outside.
