The location is near the Taichung High Speed Rail Station. It takes nine minutes to walk there by bus. The bed sheets are slightly yellowish. The porridge for breakfast is too thick. It's like eating batter.

Find a hotel close to the high-speed rail station! The first check-in was charged twice, which was a very bad experience! The online booking on the OTA platform has been completed by swiping the card! The payment confirmation order has been presented at the hotel, and the male counter asked to swipe the card to pay the fee! I immediately told him that the online credit card payment was successful! The male counter insisted that I had to pay on the spot! I questioned it🤨but it was already past 9 o'clock in the evening and I had to check out at 3:30 in the morning! I didn't want to argue and paid again! I got the room card and prepared to go upstairs and went back to confirm again whether it was a repeated charge? The male counter said impatiently that it was only pre-swiped online! Okay😞I'm tired and I'm a good customer! After going upstairs, I received a call from the female counter to apologize that they had charged twice! But I had to go downstairs again to swipe the card for a refund! Dumbfounded🙄After going downstairs, the male counter was no longer on the scene! I really can't believe the Internet speed on the 3rd floor of the hotel! In the end, I could only use the mobile hotspot to complete the work! The wooden floor of the bathroom has been moldy and faded for many years and has not been replaced! No reuse of bathroom slippers is provided! This has nothing to do with environmental protection issues! This hotel management makes me no longer expect any good experience😭

The voices of the children in the room opposite were relatively quiet until nearly early in the morning, and the next morning it was so noisy that I had to knock on the door and ask them to keep it down!

We checked in at midnight and found two small cockroaches in the room and opened the sheets and found someone else's human hair. We immediately asked the evening service staff to check and quickly handle our response. They also immediately provided a room change service. The overall experience was good and the crisis was handled very quickly. . I believe this room is just a case, and this problem will no longer occur when changing to a new room. I will give five stars to this. Although the room faces the main road, the soundproofing is very good.
