This is best hotel in Taichung port area. The room rates are higher as compare to other hotels nearby but good service. Excellent breakfast.

Room is very clean, staff are helpful and friendly. Very close to outlet, most importantly there is hotel shuttle can reserve for transiting between outlet and hotel. Snack bar at lobby is brilliant! Buffet breakfast has wide range of choices.

Because Wuqi District is the last stop of the tour plan. So I chose Taichung Harbor Hotel. Due to arrive before noon. It is still before the check-in time of 16:00. After confirming the room, store your luggage first. Then go to Mitsui Outlet and Wuqi Fishing Port near the hotel. Gaomei Wetland. The hotel provides free shuttle bus to take guests to scenic spots and Taichung Airport. Make an appointment in advance. What a thoughtful service. I was assigned to room 1021. The room and beds are generally clean. There were a few obvious stains on the carpet near the bed. An eyesore! Not providing toothbrush, toothpaste, shower cap or hair comb is understandable. Not providing bottled drinking water is inconvenient. The hotel has many breakfast options but the freshness and taste need to be improved. There is only one convenience store opposite the hotel. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk to the restaurant.

The cleanliness of the accommodation and the friendliness of the staff are good. However, the taste of the hotel restaurant food is not good for the price. The restaurant facilities and staff are good. There is a Mitsubishi outlet nearby and the shuttle is free, which is convenient.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the lobby attendants are polite, and the room facilities are clean and tidy. The breakfast had a wide variety and the food was delicious.
