首先在辦理入住手續時候前台2位小哥哥，我問一句回一句，全程無交流，給我帶來的體驗感很差，希望能改進，但貴酒店的歡迎大使經理得知情況後處理的相當及時，最後的結果還是比較滿意的；其次酒店在床品和客房用品方面還是讓人感覺比較舒服的；最後晚上的自助餐廳的菜品如果能更熱點新鮮點會更好。

第一次入住太倉鉑爾曼，前台的小姑娘Zoe給免費升級了房間，還送了一份早餐，房間很不錯有湖景，整體入住都挺好的，有機會再來！

Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!

We took the elderly on a short trip and booked a suite for easy care. The front desk girl Lisa saw that we three adults had extra beds and gave us a breakfast voucher. The entire hotel front desk and buffet waiters were all friendly and provided good service. It was a very happy experience.
