The hotel room is very spacious, and we were upgraded to a deluxe king-size room. The single room has a balcony, and there is a small river and park nearby, and the environment is very comfortable. Breakfast time is from 6:30 am to 10:00 am, and breakfast freedom is easily achieved. The hotel front desk is very considerate, and gave 4 fruit snacks before leaving. I will stay here next time. The hotel is located close to several nearby attractions.

We checked in at around 9pm, but when I went to the bathroom at 11pm, I was locked in the bathroom. No matter how I opened and closed the door lock, it was useless. My friend outside called the front desk and sent a master over. As a result, the master came over and took a simple look, and said with disdain why other people's door locks were fine, but yours was problematic! I really don't understand what he means. Why didn't he try to unlock the door as soon as possible when the door lock couldn't be opened from the inside or outside, but instead said this in a blaming tone! I think that I shouldn't be treated like this for more than 600 room fees! As a result, the master went back and forth twice and couldn't find the key. He also told us that the key was difficult to find and we had to test it one by one from a pile of more than 10,000 keys. I want to ask where the number of more than 10,000 keys came from? Aren't the spare keys placed in layers and categories? So it took nearly an hour, and it was said that the locksmith was summoned from home! In the end, the bathroom door was opened, but they were still outside insisting that the door lock was not broken! It was really speechless!
